Estància còmoda.

Budget hotel out of town

We got free breakfast when our room upgrade did not happen. Location was OK for waterfront cafes and restaurants.

Reception opening hours which meant check in via a machine, and we had to wait 20 minutes to use as an older person had trouble checking in. We would have liked to have the room we actually booked rather than a standard room.

Je déconseille !

j’ai réservé une chambre en ligne et une fois devant la porte, impossible d’avoir le numéro de la chambre et le code. Impossible d’avoir une personne en ligne … donc nous avons réservé sur la machine directement. Le problème c’est que nous avons été débité 2 fois alors que la chambre réservée en ligne n’a jamais été utilisée. Nous n’avons même pas eu de numéro de chambre ! Malgré mes demandes et mes explications ils n’ont rien voulu savoir et aucun remboursement ou report possible !

Rapport qualité prix très décevant , j’aurais dû aller ailleurs tout était compris.😡

Entrée dans l’hôtel impossible pour certaines personnes qui ne sont pas habitués au cet appareil informatique on reste au la porte si personne ne nous aide pas de personnel présent , une file d’attente derrière cette machine infernale. C’est honteux, si j’avais eu connaissance de ça j’allais ailleurs , parking 5€90 beaucoup trop cher réveil alarme incendie 7h dans tout l’hôtel pas de personnel pour s’excuser petit déjeuner médiocre ( 10€50par personne ) plus de viennoiserie personne pour vérifier s’il manque quelque chose , c’est pas un buffet comme décrit , rapport. Chambre petite , douche : prendre une douche normal impossible l’eau déborde le cache douche beaucoup trop petit la salle d’eau devient une baignoire , couvercle wc de travers , pas de personnel dans l’hôtel .

LiIre au dessus , réveil alarme incendie à 7 h dans tout l’hôtel , au moins 1//2 h avant l’arrêt mon mari cardiaque était très mal , l’entrée de l’hôtel impossible , plusieurs clients devant nous ne sachant pas utiliser cet appareil , vous ne le dite pas avant sinon on va ailleurs , 1/2 h pour pouvoir rentrer , dans le froid , en essayant de d’aider les uns les autres , scandaleux comme système à changer vous n’aurez plus ma clientèle , parking payant 5,€ 90 beaucoup trop cher , il y a des places à l’extérieur , douche petite sans protection l’eau s’en va partout , la salle d’eau devient une piscine , petit déjeuner beaucoup trop cher pour le choix , plus de viennoiserie et personne pour réapprovisionner , peti buffet médiocre , ça ne vaut pas 10€50 , un dédommagement pour le réveil à 7 h stressant , personne n’est venu nous rassurer , mon mari cardiaque me disait il y a le feu il faut partir ??? J’attends une réponse.

Hôtel propre et confortable, également bien situé au niveau du port. Petit bémol pour l’insonorisation, de nombreuses portes ont claqués durant la nuit. Point positif : la propreté et le petit déjeuner !

Good

Good room, clean, good wifi, great value of money and comfortable bed. 24/7 check-in terminal for late arrivals. Customer service support 24/7 - is great, helpful and fast.

The pillow was with a slightly rolled syntapon inside - it needs to be replaced. It makes me nerves, when check-in terminal do not accept the debit card but anyway CS helped me immediately.

Venue (en train) pour l’arkea challenge au port, le choix de cet hôtel fut judicieux .

L’accueil et le personnel furent très agréables . Le calme aussi .

L’absence de numéro fixe NON SURTAXÉ pour joindre l’hôtel. La coupure 12/17h dans les horaires de la réception . (Pas pratique pour déposer / récupérer un bagage)

Zentrale Lage. Parking vor dem Haus. Schlichte saubere Zimmer.

Checking war zeitraubend. Brauchten über 1 Stunde Gerät funktionierte nicht auch bei anderen Leuten. Telefon wird nicht bedient 24std. Servic ????? obwohl wir und 3 andere Gäste immer wieder versuchten anzurufen. Matratzen sind sehr hart und unbequem.

Very poor

There is no phone signal, the wifi forces you to log in constantly, the reception doesn't open until 8am. Hard to get taxis. Clean hotel, staff nice but couldn't recommend it from a practical perspective.

Comfortable room, good location

Don't go for breakfast after 08.00 if you want a full selection of breakfast items. Fruit was available at breakfast only for very early arrivals.

Exceeded expectations.

The location is excellent for attending gigs at La Carene. Within walking distance of the harbour. Bus stops just outside, ideal for going to the railway station or into town. Staff were very helpful. Buffet breakfast was excellent using all local ingredients. Room was spacious and comfortable. The keypad locks for the front door and Rooms is a very good idea. Don't have to worry about losing your keycard. All in all an excellent experience.

Reasonable price with good parking.

The breakfast was VERY poor. On 2 mornings there were no scrambled eggs, on 1 morning there was only a spoonful of scrambled eggs. On 1 morning there was only 1 piece of bacon. The scrambled eggs and bacon were quite cold. The staff said they could not cook any more eggs. The breakfasts were a total waste at €8 per day.

Horrible

The answer is NOT MUCH

It clearly stated when I booked the double room that it had a sea view. It didn't, I had the parking lot. The reception needs to help guests, not sit and watch idly by while one struggles with those awful heavy doors. I have actually injured myself when the door swung back on my foot.The reception saw what had happened and did and said absolutely nothing. The whole room shook violently and it sounded as if someone was trying to enter the room. Very frightening for myself and the dogs. The location is awful, right on a very busy thoroughfare with thundering traffic. No view at all. Restaurants and shops are a good 10 minutes walk away along that thoroughfare. No information given as to how to get out of the place when the reception leaves in the evening. The supposedly safe car park is anything but...it has a public pathway which has no gates so anyone can come through. Couldn't wait to leave. I have written a review to the hotel and they have not addressed any of the issues I have brought. Even insisting I had not stayed there! and I was obviously used to higher grade accomodation....

Disappointing

The room wasn't ready at all after the check-in time. It was not cleaned and there was noone working at the reception. The phone number written for cases like that wasn't working so we had to ask the cleaning stuff to cleaned the room for us. When we asked the reception guy about the situation he didn't even apologize and he was acting like it's normal and we should be happy they even cleaned it for us.
