Being comfortable, inviting, and in a great location, I would highly recommend staying here!

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The two-bedroom, one bathroom house is quite inviting with warm colors and comfy couch with large mirrors and hardwood/tile/linoleum throughout (no carpet, which we loved). It has two spacious bedrooms, with their own locks for privacy. The set up has a dinning room and four-seat table in the kitchen. There is a couch, loveseat, and large seat in the living room, accompanied with a working piano, and little board game chest. We would recommend anyone with a family or relaxed atmosphere to stay here!

The oven was difficult to work, I’m not even sure if it did as we opted out of it when it seemed to not be warming up. Also, would recommend a tutorial video for the heater, we figured it out but needed to look up reference videos.

overall, for what we paid for two nights, I would have expected more.

it was really close to universals studios.

the area isn’t the best. one of our cars did end up getting broken into. the door knobs at the house is really tricky to lock that you have to mess around with. property management won’t stop messaging for a 10 star review. wifi password never worked either. house is a lot older so just be aware of that. oh and sofa bed isn’t a sofa bed, it’s just a sofa.

Roaches in the kitchen no heat no TV. Roof leaked badly above shower in bathroom couldn't use kitchen due to roaches. Needs updating badly.

horrible! dangerous and owner is negligent

most horrible accommodations. our first night we had no heat! had to call property manager because there was an issue with the water heater. it was leaking and also letting out what liked like smoke. the project manager advised he could send someone in the morning. however I advised that he was endangering myself and my family. I had ask him to send a plumber. he asked me to provide a phone number for a plumber, ridiculous. he sent his father in law to come and turn off the water heater. which meant we had no hot water to take showers . the main heating element was not functioning so we literally froze the whole night. day 2 they sent someone to fix the water heater. they shut off the water. so we had no water all day. it was not turned in until 8pm

aside from the no hot water, no heat and no water for a full day. there was also a gas leak. the project manager was telling me to move the stove and shut off the valve in kitchen because he said that is where the gas leak is coming from! the whole house smelled of gas. my sister felt faint and I felt dizzy. I told the manager that I should not be the one to fix this and so he can’t over with another person to move the very heavy stove and they shut off the gas. he says the smell was bad and acknowledged the gas leak. he asked us to keep the windows open. which put us in an unsafe position. not a very safe neighborhood. this was a horrible home and should not be rented out. ruined my trip

Fantastic house in a great location

location was fantastic, close to everything. The house had lots of amenities, lots of basic things already there, like dishwashing liquid, clothing detergent, salt, pepper, oil, coffee. Was really helpful to arrive and have a few things there already.

The key pad on the front door is super finnicky and was difficult to open. Some of the furniture is a bit worn down and needs to be replaced. These were minor issues and while bit bothersome didn't impact our stay.
