Our camper has everything you need for family fun or even just a couple's getaway! Queen Murphy's bed that reveals a sofa when not sleeping, full size bunk beds, a large U-shaped dinette that conforms into a full size sleeper, fully stocked kitchen that includes a microwave and stove top, large refrigerator with a dedicated freezer, pots and pans, utensils, spices, a coffee maker with coffee, paper plates and towels, dish detergent, hand soap, hand sanitizer, brooms for inside and outside, a full bathroom with a toilet and toilet paper, sink with a mirror, and shower, and a television with Firestick! For all your outdoor needs, you will find a large outdoor mat/rug, 2 awesome gravity chairs, 2 additional outdoor chairs, festive sea turtle lights, yard darts, horse shoes, magnetic darts (all upon request), an outdoor fridge, a propane flat top grill, and an outdoor shower! We leave our camper ready for you to show up and get to camping and relaxing ASAP! $13 – Bunk Linens-2nd Set Fitted sheet, comforter, pillow. $13 – Bunk Linens-Set 1 Fitted sheet, comforter, pillow. $65 – Cleaning This fee allows you to leave the cleaning for us with delivery or towing. If you don't feel like sweeping up, wiping down, and taking the trash, add this and leave it for us. $65 – Dump This fee is necessary if we deliver for you and you do not have sewage/full hookup. $20 – Fill Fresh Water Tank If your campsite does not have water, when we deliver we fill the tank for you. $35 – Flush Tanks This fee covers our time to flush our tanks if you can't clear the sensors after your rental. $125 – Generator Per rental week. Quiet inverter. Propane/gasoline combo. Gasoline provided and propane usage charged after the rental period.. $25 per night – Inflatable 2-person Kayak Inflatable, easy to transport, inflate with a foot pump, and deflate. $25 per night – Inflatable SUP Inflatable SUP easy to transport, inflate with a electric pump, and deflate. $25 – Netted Enclosure Picnic Table We set our netted enclosure up for you around your picnic table to help keep bugs out and give added cover for possible rain. $30 – Outdoor Grill Propane Tank Includes 1-1lb propane gas tank and grill usage. Must be returned clean. $100 – Pet Cleaning-2 Pets Two pets. Under 25 lbs. Prior approval needed for anything larger. Honesty upfront is recommended. Evidence of a pet half the deposit will be forfeited. Thanks. $30 – Portable Waste Tank 28 gallon. Useful when camping without full hookup with sewage. $15 – Queen Linens Fitted sheet, comforter, 2 pillows. $60 – Setup/Breakdown This fee is necessary when we deliver for you. We set everything up, you just show up and relax. For checkout, please sweep, wipe everything down, and remove the trash. Leave the rest for us! When booking, please add all fees necessary. If we deliver for you, please add setup/breakdown, and dump, in addition to the delivery fee. We often waive the flush fee for rentals with sewage or towable rentals. However, if there is an issue with the sensors or tanks, we add it at the end. All of our fees are minimal and are to help cover our time getting you setup for an amazing adventure. ***Linens are available upon request. We charge $15 per set (includes sheet, comforter, and pillows).*** We also have a portable waste tank available for any trips that do not have full hookup. Having a portable tank takes a little stress away so that you don't have to worry about full tanks and options beyond if you are in the middle of a trip. ***Important things to note: We will accommodate your pets, if you notify us prior and pay the pet cleaning fee. If there is any trace of a pet in our unit without our prior knowledge, you will forfeit $250 of your deposit. Also, this unit is a NON-SMOKING UNIT. Please respect that. If there is any sign that there was smoking in our unit, you forfeit the entire deposit. In regards to cleaning, if you give our unit a good sweep, wipe down, and remove trash, there will be no cleaning fees at all. If you do not leave it fairly clean, we will adjust the fees accordingly at pickup. Thank you for your kind consideration.***
