We enjoyed visiting the area, we always dreaded coming back to our cottage, we left a day early.

We made our own meals. The kitchen was dirty and there were not enough utensils for preparing meals. We have used our camper trailer for many years and always made our campsite clean and pleasant.

The property looks unkept with long grass, no one uses the yard. All rooms looked dirty, we used our own sleeping bags and pillows. My husband slept on the floor as he could not use the bed. The bathroom has no towel racks or hooks, there is no place to put your towel or clothing There was scratching at night on the floor boards in one of the bedrooms - rats or mice?? Who pays for daily boat rental ahead of time when you cannot see what shape the boats are in until you arrive?? Price of boats varies - $20.00 a day, $50.00 a day or $59.00 a day - what is the charge, be clear. Management seems incompetent and does not know what people are looking for when on vacation - no one wants to waste their money.

The tiny cabin was exactly as described: a great space to relax during an escape-the-city weekend. I would absolutely recommend it to a friend!

We have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves each time we have been.

This was our 4th year coming here and we absolutely love everything about these cottages, even with the thunderstorm and rain it didn't dampen our vacation. We will be back next year.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike at this property.

kids had a great time, parents found it uncomfortable to function such as cook, organize stuff,

paneling inside was cute inside. Beds decent. clothes storage good, lighting good, stove and fridge good. kids liked the air hockey, fishing rods. firepit was good. bbq was good. the water was shallow which is great for small children. fish could be seen from dock

extra charge for use of canoes. The scale of the furniture too large and heavy made it more cramped. Dining table broke, no coffee regular 'standard' machine. 1 fan too noisy. bathroom shower water foul smell after a few minutes. no frying pan. no extra toiletries (although was stated)

Individual properties are good. Segway to stay multiple families

Hot water was smelled due to Sulphur. Even though the owner mentioned that it was on the rules. May be i missed it.. they gave me a kids' boat for free rental.

Nice getaway, no shower in cabin 4

The location was great, and the lake access was okay (it's a small beach), but my dog had fun. The host was responsive when I had questions via text.

I booked a cabin for myself and, upon arrival, learned that there wasn't a shower, just a toilet! I had to wash my hair in the sink with well water, and I used the kettle (no hot water). The host did offer access to another cabin's shower that conveniently was empty, however, i'd have to pay the cleaning fee. The listing didn't advertise this fact well enough, IMO. I was also told I'd receive a little money back, and I have yet to receive it (a few weeks later).

What a great time getting the kids off from the computer and enjoy the family time and friendship!

Spacious and fully functional home for all purpose of staying inside the property. Beautiful full Lakeview just in front of our eyes. Bonfire, stars, air hockey, nature explore, snow fun activities, walking on the lake, birding, etc. We haven’t got enough time here yet. Quiet but friendly community. We will come back again and again.

Great spot near the Lake. Cozy cabin.

Beds too small for 2 persons. We had to use the extra bed and inflatable mattress to fit all 4 of us.

glad we were only there a short time. could be good for a large gathering wanting bonfire and not fussed about hanging o

cabins just across the lane from waterfront park. a few small buildings clustered together so would be good for a group. classic Ontario style tiny old cabins. owner was friendly and upgraded one of our cabin bookings. there is firewood for bonfire and fitted bbqs. nice back decks and screened porches. swing set in waterfront park

the property was quite in need of some care. things like doors not opening properly, large gaps in screens, cracks in bathroom. the kitchen was tiny space with full sized appliances and nothing fit properly for actually working (like plug in coffee maker and toaster had to be used on the floor across room) , there was not enough utensils for even one person, and shelves and kitchen drawers and cups not very clean. there is a games room in a garage but it stank of animal urine. there are kayaks to use on the water but the cost is extra and exorbitant. the waterfront park is ok for sitting in a bench but low lying and soggy with lots of goose poo.

We had an amazing time! Really recommend.

It is a fantastic place! My kids enjoyed swimming every day, the nature is immaculate and beautiful! We roasted marshmallows on the firepit under the starry night sky, watched the sunset on the beach, and had a lot of fun watching the wild animals. Overall, great experience!

Very disappointing. The description given was totally misleading.

Sitting by the lake in the early morning was nice.

Never saw the owners or property manager. So-called sandy beach was tiny patch of sand. Canadian flag flying was in tatters- very disrespectful. Water for dishes and shower took a long time to heat up.\ Couldn't get TV to work. Got 'No signal' message, and no instructions.
