Perfect apartment and would highly recommend

Excellent location, staff were very helpful, clean, spacious, WiFi was good, cleaned during our stay (we stayed for 1 week)

The only thing I can say is it needs a lick of paint but everything else was spot on

Location was excellent. Close to beach and bus stop. Spacious and with everything we needed. Beds really comfortable.

Perfect view!

We stayed here for 4 nights and absolutly loved the view from the balcony and the apartment. The apartment is in the heart of Grand Baie, where the beach is away couple of minutes. The staff was really friendly and helpful (provided cleaning services)

Non è tutto oro ciò che luccica

Vista. Disponibilità dell’host

Pulizia scarsa. Ho dovuto chiedere una pulizia straordinaria. Scarafaggi e formiche. La cucina andrebbe riorganizzata, un po’ vecchia. Non adatto per chi ha problemi a camminare perché ci sono molte scale da fare. Parcheggio scomodo. Difficile parcheggiare all’interno dove si trovano solo 3 posti auto. Quindi se si arriva tardi bisogna sperare di trovare per strada. Il tavolo sulla terrazza non è ad uso esclusivo poiché la terrazza è condivisa con altri due appartamenti.

All in würde ich das App wieder buchen. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt !

Bei unserer Ankunft um 09.00 Uhr wurde das Appartement noch gereinigt. Trotzdem konnten wird das Gepäck schon abstellen. Der erste Blick Eindruck war schon ok, hat sich dann immer mehr gesteigert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber selbst lief via whatsapp, problemlos und schnell. Vor Ort war immer eine Dame ansprechbar. Sie war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Reinigung erfolgte alle zwei Tage, Terim nach Absprache auch immer problemlos. Die Lage ist klasse, alles (SuperMarkt, Bus, "Innenstadt", Strand, Gaststätten etc) fußläufig erreichbar. Dafür ist es halt ab und an etwas geräuschvoller. Trotzdem kein Problem. Zudem ist das App recht geräumig und ausreichend ausgestattet. Der Balkon ist groß und bietet einen Meerblick (man muss an der Polizeistation vorbeischauen ;) )

Da fällt mir nicht viel ein. Vllt eine kleine Renovierung hier und da, aber hey .. es ist kein 5*-Haus

Séjour agreable

Grand appartement au 2e étage , RDC à éviter . Avons eu des cafards et des blattes ( c’est de saison) . Informations précises données avant séjour par le propriétaire. Clef à disposition dans boîtier sécurisé . Linges changés tous les 3 jours . Immeuble situé derrière poste de police qui laisse carcasses de voitures dans rue . Quel dommage car l’immeuble est bien entretenu . Femmes de ménage tres sympas disponibles tous les matins si besoin.

Cosy avec vue sur mer

Petit appartement bien équipé et cosy. Un grand lit, coin cuisine, salle de bain douche italienne et tout petit lavabo. Ménage, changement des draps et serviettes tous les 2 jours. Petit balcon privatif Grande terrasse de 50 m2 avec une grande table et fil à linge, au dernier étage (3eme) et commune aux 3 appartements. Belle vue sur mer de Grand baie

Lovely apartment to stay in, walking distance to shops, major supermarket and food stops!

It was central to the Super U and many restaurants and corner shops where within minutes of walking from each other!

The beds were a little bit squeaky, so whenever you or someone else moved to the colder side of the bed, the movement made squeaky noises 🤭

Fix your air conditioning in the room.

Location is busy part of grand Bay. My 2nd time there.

The room with the double bed. Air conditioning not working. No cold air. The room was super hot.

Brilliant location - excellent value for money

Fantastic location, near restaurants, supermarket, etc. Clear communication and the apartment is very spacious and funky decorated.

The aircon in the main bedroom did not performed as well as the aircon in the second bedroom

Very nice view from the appartment. The balcony is very small but the appartment is next to a terrace where you can chill (the terrace js not very clean). The appartment is cosy and has everything you need to enjoy short stay. You can find parking spots next to it and also the location is quite good.

Excellent price/quaility ratio

Fully equipped apartment incl. the fully equipped kitchen. Laundry service was also offered. The initial problem with internet solved efficiently.

- A bit of salt, oil, pepper... in the kitchen would be very useful. It is a bit tedious to first go to the supermarket to buy all those things before enjoying the kitchen. - The policy of the host is that personnel is not allowed in the apartment unless guest is inside. Which is theoretically good, but practically it can prolong the usual activities such is getting another roll of toilet paper

Good stay

Grand Bay View Apartments consists of 6 apts on 3 floors plus 3 studios on the roof terrace. Our first floor left apartment (Dahlia) stayed pleasantly cool thanks to the trees and the floor above. The location near the beach, restaurants and shops is excellent. Surprisingly quiet at night. Fazana, who efficiently takes care of the daily business, and Nadeem, the owner, were very friendly and took good care of our requests. They run the place in a professional manner, much better than other places.

There are a lot of mosquitoes. Because of the trees the apartment is dark. The view on the wrecked cars in the police yard is not the best. In spite of the maintenance efforts, the apartment shows its age. WiFi was not very stable (had suddenly to switch from the 5 GHz to the 2.4 GHz connection).

Best place to stay in grand baie city

For me it really worth the price choose apartment on roof top with sea view perfect for a couple modern well equiped netflix good wifi perfect if you want to stay in grand baie city without a car.very very nice
