An amazing place to stay in Abuja

Just loved everything about Sinclair Lake Chad. It is in a very good and strategic location in Abuja. The customer service from staff such as Mr Femi, Marvelous, smiling Sarah, funny Blessing and other team members - front of house, potters, cleaners, security was exceptional. The overall ambiance was welcoming and I really liked my clean and spacious room.

The location was fantastic. The in-house Restaurant was great as well. The complimentary breakfast was decent. The facility was very clean as expected.

Disappointing

The staff were pleasant and the location was good.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I had back pains the whole stay. Also, having used Sinclair since September 2021, I expected a discount. Especially as another guest I referred was given a discount for the same room type and the same duration of days. The time for breakfast was put at 7 am, but still wasn't ready as of 8:15 am when I left the hotel.

I stayed at Sinclair Lake Chad from the 26th to 28th of December and from the 10th to the 12th of January. I totally enj

I liked everything about the property. It is at the heart of Abuja and made my touring of Abuja very easy and smooth. The hotel was very clean and well taken care of. The staff at the reception desk, the cleaning staff and the staff at the breakfast room were very attentive to all my needs and provided for them. The security staff were equally helpful with my luggage and were very courteous all the time. I like the hotel and would definitely be back,

Pleasant stay. Met my needs

The strongest selling point of the hotel is its location. In addition, the hotel was clean and well maintained. The front desk staff and cafeteria staff were very courteous.

The window of my room faced what may have been the staff area and/or kitchen. It intermittently was noisy due to staff talking loudly and also the smell from cooking in the kitchen entered the room.

Great Hotel. Will stay there again and again

The ambience is really good. Boutique Hotel no doubt but excellently run. The breakfast is excellent and comparable to similar hotels in Dubai.

Nothing really except the fact that there is no individual kettle in the room. You have to go to a common place in the corridor to boil water for tea or coffee.

I think they may have just made a regular customer for whenever I am in Abuja.

I only ate breakfast once but it was good. Room was neat and I got value for money. It met all my expectations

Housekeeping forgot to change out my towel (just a pet peeve and I could’ve called them to do so, but I decided not to bother)

Pleasant experience!

The staff were courteous and responsive to any issues or queries guests had. The manager offered discounts to costumers for inconveniences encountered.

Parking. The provision for parking was a bit tricky. Not the worst but just a bit tricky. Also, was not a fan of the ticketing system for the Internet.

Great hotel overall but the some of the staff members could use some more etiqutte.

The environment was always clean and smelt wonderful; it had a great ambience too. All rooms felt quite spacious and were great value for money. The wi-fi is excellent and seems to work well from any part of the hotel. The breakfast was fair and the bathrooms were lovely.

Though the general manager, receptionist and some staff were fantastic and very polite, a few of the staff members were quite rude when asking for help and a bit noisy.

Sinclair Lake Chad is a great place to stay and you get value for money too.

I liked everything at Sinclair Lake Chad. My room was comfortable and the bed was comfy. The staff were very helpful and catered for all my needs. The breakfast was everything a typical Nigerian staying in a hotel would want. Their WiFi was fast which surprised me positively. I cannot fault it at all. I will use this hotel over and over again.

Great customer service. Nice breakfast. Clean environment. It was as depicted in photos.

The hot water and mugs station can be on every floor for easy accessibility. It was quite stressful climbing up and down the stairs just to get hot water.
