You just need to bring your go-bags + food and you’re set for adventure. This is our home away from home and we keep it well stocked so you will have everything you could possibly need. It has all the bells and whistles, so everything is powered - no manual cranking here! There’s storage for days and plenty of space – you can sleep up to 9 people! Our goal is to provide you with the best service and support possible so all you have to do is make memories with your loved ones. All that we ask is that you leave it how you found it! If watching Netflix, log into your account on netflix.com (not the app) and edit your profile's video quality to the lowest setting to conserve data. You'll use 0.3GB of data per hour instead of 3GB per hour. PETS Only dogs are allowed. If the carpet has to be cleaned after your reservation, an additional $250 cleaning fee will apply. PICKUP Pickup and drop-off times are flexible, just let us know an approximate time for the reservation so we can have everything ready for you. If you are towing, your truck must have a half-ton truck with a 15,000 lb towing capacity for your safety. If your truck is maxed out at less than 15,000 lbs, pickup will not be an option. DELIVERY We offer delivery + pickup! If you're thinking about buying a trailer, the delivery option is a great way to get hands-on training before you take the leap! It might seem like a lot at first but it’s a piece of cake once you do it a few times. GENERATOR USAGE If you’re boondocking (no utilities), we have a generator for rent for $3 per hour. A 5-gallon gas can be rented for $10. FRESH WATER FILL UP If you’re boondocking (no utilities), it’s best to fill up the fresh water once you get closer to your site since it adds weight but if you have the weight to spare, we will fill the freshwater tank up for you with filtered water for $10.
