It was amazingly beautiful! Like a home you’d pay to tour but can only peer in many of the rooms because they’re roped off! So much care and thought has obviously gone into decorating this gem. Just look at the photos - there aren’t sufficient words to describe it. And the bed was so comfortable, too! We even did a late check-out so we could have the luxury of sleeping in!
The stairs to get up to it - so many stairs, from the street up to the house, and then up to the second floor. And only street parking. But there’s really nothing that could be done in either case - that’s just how the house is situated.

This was a wonderful place to stay.
No coffee filters.

The preservation and restoration of this classic home! No modern updates (except HVAC) makes this a wonderful time capsule
The only fault (which is completely out of anyones control) is the steps to and from the street. It’s just the way the property is situated it it was no problem at all!

There was no breakfast. There were packaged donuts and oatmeal in the pantry. There was juice and water in the fridge in the coffee maker. This property bills as a bed an breakfast.
Location. We arrived at night, part of the hill has washed out onto the street. It was very muddy in the rain. I called and left two messages with questions about our stay and no one responded.

Loved everything about this beautiful house. So clean and comfortable. It was really a treat. We loved the neighborhood, and walked around town. Wish we could have stayed longer.

No formal breakfast, but our host supplied coffee, creamer, breakfast snacks, oatmeal, etc. A fully stocked well-supplied kitchen and beautiful dishes, glasses, silverware, etc are provided.
Parking and stairs are steep and may be difficult for some travelers.

Cozy, nice and affordable. Pipes were frozen because of the freezing temps and they got the plumber there and fixed the issue within a couple hours!! Would book this again!
There was nothing I didn't like.

Beautiful apartment, large and cozy at the same time. Love the decor. Comfy beds.
Hot water pressure in the shower was low and took patience to get a good temp.

I liked that it fit my family, was well equipped so we didn’t need to eat out everyday. I also like the little touches that made you feel like it’s a house from the 1800/1900s. Great value!
Very steep steps and the shower was very small, the liner kept sticking to our bodies.

The accommodations are very nice, well appointed and comfortable in a, hopefully, up and coming historic district. Made a great one night stop on a road trip.
The town is not a destination yet but looks like it has a lot of unrealized potential.
