Outstanding staff, location & bospitality!

The ambience and warm hospitality was excellent! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed! Thanks so much to Sarah & all the staff for an amazing experience - we will be back!!!

If I really had to pick something, it’s the stairs but hey, that’s what you get in a glorious heritage building!

Convenient location, friendly staff and pleasant environment.

Originally taken to the wrong room, but rectified quickly. No milk in the room with hot drinks. Not a problem for me, and would probably have been supplied quickly if requested.

all three of us had an amazing stay and would definitely return next year! or maybe sooner!

lovely decor, clean and lovely happy staff. very friendly. garage storage for our bikes

only complaint was that we didn’t sleep well due to the heat on the top level. Maybe an idea to stick some fans up there?

Rather disappointed.

The bar was nice and cosy.

Was too warm with the window closed and too loud when open. The stairs are very steep to the top floor. Hard to find. The information about breakfast was non existent after asking we were told that with booking. com there is no breakfast included…..

Fantastic all round and value for money

The staff were fantastic, I visit numerous hotels and often find the staff go through the motions and working away from home frequently can often be difficult but its made easier when you have staff whom are willing to share the history of the hotel, the services provided and genuinely engage in conversation. The lady in working in the hotel at the time whom I believe was called Izzy was extremely professional and an absolute credit to the establishment and will be sure to return when next in town.

Superb

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Beds super comfy. Delicious breakfast. Super friendly staff. Slight issue with the electricity going off, but it was quickly rectified. Staff were happy to accommodate, and really helpful, despite the fact that there seemed to be some issue in the kitchen. Bloody Mary's were superb as well!

A lovely place with lovely staff.

Me and a friend were staying there for a funeral which was taking place nearby and unfortunately my friend suffered a stroke during our stay. The staff were amazing in helping to get assistance. Thank you to Julie, Keira and Phil. Our room was big. Facilities were clean. Unfortunately I didn't have an opportunity to try the restaurant. But a lovely place with lovely staff.

The hotel is upmarket, so the prices for breakfast were not cheap. The food was excellent but slow in arriving to table

very central, clean and nicely furnished, friendly and welcoming staff.

some problems with tv reception meant we didn’t have television for the two nights of our stay. This wasn’t a major problem, staff apologetic.

I personally don't like narrow spaces especially along passage way, no lifts carry your luggage in a narrow passage.

A stylish property with friendly, helpful staff

The decor is stylish and elegant, staff are friendly and helpful. My room was well designed and comfortable. Convenient location for the town centre. Breakfast was excellent and varied.

I slept much better than in my house during my stay in this hotel. I highly recommend it.

It was very quiet, clean. the staff is lovely , always available , friendly and polite. the bed was very comfortable. shower was powerful.

There is nothing that made me feel uncomfortable.

it was central with a car park 2 minutes away. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms were comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Thank you all at the Tiger inn for making our stay special and we would definitely like to come and stay again! highly recommended.

Disappointing

Good location

Thought it was very overpriced considering there was no breakfast included.... the room was very small... it was supposed to be a king size deluxe ! The bed was squeezed in the room, too hot, could only open one window... not comfortable at all ... breakfast was expensive as well... £12:50 is way too much...
