La colazione non c'è . La posizione è buona

Manca parcheggio , non ci sono minimi servizi , bisogna rifarsi il letto , non c'è un interruttore accanto al letto per cui ti devi alzare per spegnere o accendere la luce . Non c'è una luce di cortesia sul comodino per leggere . Non c'è la TV in camera. La doccia è sprovvista di appoggio per il sapone per cui lo devi mettere a terra . Trovi solo un barattolo di sapone liquido di scarsissima qualità . Fuori della porta d'ingresso alla camera c'è scritto Luxury ma di lusso non c'è niente . Se vuoi un pò d'acqua c'è solo il rubinetto. La coperta trovata nell'armadio è di pessima qualità .

Die Küchenausstattung ist für viele etwas spartanisch.

Beautiful traditional Italian property

Beautifully renovated historical building

To preserve the wonderful ceilings of this historical building, some of the interior walls (that have been added during renovations to make extra bedrooms and a kitchen) do not reach the ceiling, meaning that those affected (one of the bedrooms and if someone is sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room) are essentially in the same room - ie lights or noise in one room will affect the other room. It can’t be helped, but, it means those people in those two rooms have to go to bed at the same time, wake up in the morning at the same time, etc. We were a family group so not too bad for us, but if you were a group of couples, worth bearing in mind!

incredible old building, high ceilings and painted roof. also fresh and modern feeling

a bit dusty around the bed. almost no counter space due to huge sink. no laundry detergent to use.

Fabulous location and room (fab ceiling). Nice with kitchen and comfy bathroom. Airco worked well.

Superb

Beautifully renovated palace in the centre of Asti. Good size kitchen lounge, good size master bedroom and reasonable size second (single) bedroom. Both bedrooms en suite and whole apartment air-conditioned with high ceilings.

We’re late due to rental problem but they’ve been waiting for us and helped check in with kindness. Room was big and comfy. Area is very safe and quiet. Great stay!

Just no rack to put shampoo and soap things. It’d be great if there is one.

Great apartment. Very clean and spacious. Everything of high quality.

This was a great place to stay. The apartment had all we needed for a 5 day stay, and was close to restaurants and sites. Elena was friendly and informative as well as prompt. Will definitely re book!

Very good

Very nice building. Well renovated. Spacious. Historical property.

We should have been informed that one of the bedrooms is not separated from the living room. It does not have a ceiling, so basically it is one shared space. Not good for privacy or noise. Especially not at this pricepoint.

An enchanting stay in Asti

The Palazzo was beautiful and the apt was very spacious. It had all modern amenities, multiple juliette terraces & another terrace outside the kitchen area. Mattia & Elena were the most wonderful hosts. They assisted us in finding parking nearby & were very helpful with other recommendations also. We loved our stay and will definitely return.

Exceptional

Mattia was at the apartment to meet us when we arrived. He was very friendly and informative about the history of the building and the local area. Nothing sounded like too much trouble, and Mattia was very flexible with working around our busy schedule. The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and in the perfect location. We had a lovely stay.

There were no coat hangers in the cupboards! Although I'm sure we would have been given some if we had asked. We were only in town for less than 48 hours for a birthday party and it was too late to ask by the time we realised, but it was fine, as there was a new and unused iron that solved the problem.
