Location was great. We didn't know the area previously, however, during week having visited St Moritz town centre, we were very glad that the apartment was in a village on outskirts. Less traffic, peaceful surroundings and very easy to drive to Suretta/Randolins ski lift parking (although had to be there early) where we managed to get a free parking space every day. This lift operated every day even during very windy, snowy conditions unlike some of the other lifts.
Mr Maikath was very welcoming and helpful upon arrival at apartment explaining everything including booking of sauna and on hand to answer questions during our stay. The children loved the use of the pool and we enjoyed the sauna x2 during our stay.
Apartment is lovely and modern with beautiful views onto the mountains and slopes from living room. The children were very happy sleeping in the second bedroom. Beds were all comfortable and we were provided with plenty of towels. The kitchen was very well equipped with good quality utensils and crockery. There is a lovely grocery store/delicatessen opposite the apartment block where we were able to find everything we needed.
Will come again.

Apartment itself was very nice, fully equipped, with sunny terrace, clean and light. It has a pool (shared with other apartments) and sauna that you can youse twice a week (but you have to book it previous).
The first unpleasant surprise was when we asked for extra firewood, because we booked for a one week and the firewood left there was just few pieces. When we contacted the owner, she replied that it's all we can get for one booking. So she doesn't care if we book for a day, two, week or month, we get just few sticks. Okay, we bought firewood by ourself's (and left quite a lot to her when we left).
The other thing was that we were living there for a week and there were not a single broom or vacuum cleaner to tidy up (they didn't provide us with daily cleaning, so it would be just normal to leave something for us to clean with). The same thong with towel, would be noice to have extra ones or at least a chance to change them to clean ones. But okay, when we asked for a vacuum cleaner, she gave it to us.
The biggest surprise was 24hours after we left the apartment. I want to mention that when we left, we gave the keys to her manager and he went in the apartment to check it, he accepted the apartment and we left. The next days afternoon, the owner of the apartment sent us a pictures of broken table, ruined sofa and broken candles. Were really confused about this, because we are very accurate and we know that we didn't brake anything or damaged anything. Even more, if there would be some problems the manager would have said something immediately not after more then day, so this all situation was very strange. Probably the manager and his wife (who was responsible for cleaning the apartment together with him), maybe they broke the table (it was a small wooden coffee table) accidentally and wanted to put it on our fault. And on the sofa there was a large blanket when we moved in and we didn't take it off all out staying, so it means that the damage to the sofa was already there, before our arrival, but we didn't thought that we need to take it off and check the condition of the sofa.
