Loved the one person bedroom. Was a nice private room, with own full bathroom. Also had a place to do laundry in the lobby and hang clothes in the room as well, even had a clothes freshener spray, which was a nice touch
Only complaint is that the bed was pretty hard. Maybe I'm just used to softer American beds (because all the other places we stayed in Japan also had stiffer mattresses) but this mattress was definitely the hardest.

This hotel is part of a hotel chain in Japan that delivers consistent value with a business traveler-friendly operating template. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. This hotel is close to the Keikyu train line and thus during the day you can hear the train going by and the conductor announcements and station arrival chimes. It didn't bother me, but for some it may be too noisy. But hey, this is Tokyo.
The breakfast is simple with rice or onigiri, soup, salad, and tamago set out buffet-style by sweet Japanese elderly ladies. They let you eat in the lobby or give you a box to take it up to your room.
Wifi was very good and consistent.
The room service is weird to an American like me, in that it happens daily from 10A-1P and they open all rooms on each floor and clean them at the same time, replacing the sheets and towels, resetting the rooms, etc. You can't use your room at all while they're doing this.
You can ask them not to include your room in the floor-wide cleaning (you have to tell them by 9A) and they'll leave your room locked and hang a fresh set of towels for you on the door.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was also quite good.
The hotel was a bit hard to find at first. The bed’s mattress felt a bit like a board.

The personnel was really friendly. All amenities were in place, that was good. Also, the location is really close to a railway station: it's easy to find the place.
The place was really noisy: because of proximity to railways, you can definitely hear the trains running. The walls are thin, so I could hear my neighbors talk (thanks god they were not doing something... *different*) late in the night. But critically, and the worst thing, is that there was a constant noise of running water in the toilet! This was so annoying, I couldn't sleep without earplugs because of this! And, finally, the breakfast was very scarce and basic. This is what you get in 2-star hotels typically.

Great value for money.
