Check in was written to be until midnight, but during the evenin the staff started to ask for arrival time. Tried to give some estimate that we missed as we got stuck a bit, so the guy at the desk threatened not to let us in if we are not there within one hour. It was only 9 pm but he told he closes the reception that time. Had to take a very expensive taxi to get there in time.

It was nice
The was no sheet pans to cook things. Limited dishware. Cookware like a spatula.

It was a very clean building, my room in particular as well was very clean. It was quiet with a decent window view.
No complaints.

Spacious rooms with kitchen area and bathroom.
Bed was hard. Not sure on location. Was close to station but didn’t feel safe walking after dark.

The location was key and easily accessible to the train station and some shops. It was minimalistic but suited our self-catering needs with toaster, oven/hob, dishwasher, TV and adequate WiFi. Beds were comfortable too. There was a cafe on site which looked inviting but we didn’t have time to try it.
There was plaster flaking into the shower stall due to a leak from the floor above. It was reported to reception and even though they said it would be taken care of right away; realistically it was apparent the problem had been there for quite some time. Some pieces of furniture were unstable (table leg about to fall off); a slight risk for young children/toddlers. One of the mechanical locks on the room doors did not lock on the 2nd day of our stay; this too was reported to staff but we were told we were “locking” it incorrectly. The other room lock didn’t have an issue.

Located 5 min walk from PATH that takes you to WTC in about 20 min. It was clean and bed was comfortable. Relatively new facility. The guy at the reception waited for us as we arrived about 20 after check in time due to flight delay.
Some noise from the street and the neighboring apartments. No plates, no glasses, no silverware.

The cleanliness. Nice, helpful, caring staff.
Our son lives nearby so we would like to return to the Peachtree again. I realize that it was designed as suite hotel but please consider:
1) adding at least >2< beds to more than one room to give customers more of a choice!!
2) Also, to bring the rooms up to more of a world class standard, the kitchen should be stocked with a full set of dishes, pots and pans, and utensils for >4< people in case we have guests.

The hotel was close to the train station
On the 28th March 2023 we booked a 5-night stay. We booked a Queen Deluxe Suite for our family. We paid special attention to the amenities that came with this suite and was particularly impressed with the fact that the room came with a balcony, a tub in the bathroom and a fully fitted kitchenette. It was also advertised as being sound proof. We were given a room that was street level so there was no balcony just a small dank and dark outside space. The room had virtually no natural light so we always had to have the lights turned on. The room did not have a bath tub - just a wet room with a shower. The room was not soundproofed at all. As we were on the ground floor, we heard everyone leaving and entering the hotel, going up and down in the lift, as well as having conversations in the corridor and foyer at all times of the day and night. There was music playing constantly in the foyer which we had to ask to be turned off every evening in order for my son to be able to sleep. We could hear the noise of the traffic throughout the night. There was no safety deposit - so we had to carry our valuables with us all the time. The utensils, crockery, and cutlery provided in the kitchenette were appalling. The plates were mismatched, the knives and forks were sparse. There were no cooking/oven trays - plus no basic everyday kitchenware. It was abysmal. There was no dining table as advertised just a desk with one chair. Our son had to eat at the table, and we had to eat on our laps. The following day, we reported our concerns to the front desk and were told that another room would be available the next day. We were told to pack our belongings and asked to wait for 3hrs. The room that we were offered was not a Queen Deluxe Studio but as we later discovered, a Standard Studio. It was much smaller, had a smaller sofa bed which would not have been appropriate for our teenage son. It was also in a state of disrepair - exposed wires and scuffed walls.

Never got any responses to my questions sent via messages to the hotel. So I decided not to go.

Clean, quiet, good size comfortable bed and sofa - bed, new appliances, close to the train station. Easy and fast check-in. We will be back!
No dislikes really, extra sheets and pillows for the sofa-bed would have been nice

The location is perfect as it’s right next to the PATH which makes travel to the city very easy. Staff was very nice and accommodating.
The area however is not so nice looking. The room was nice but there were a few broken things, like the handle on the freezer just popped off, the cable box was just dangling on the wall, the lock for the balcony just popped off also. Otherwise it was an OK stay. They initially gave me a room on the 2nd floor despite me paying the premium price and expecting a higher room with a view but they thankfully changed it without any fuss when I asked as I don’t think they hotel had that many guest that day.

location was great, close to a train station.
everything was falling apart - the sleeper sofa did not open, dishwasher door does not close, wall plugs coming off, wires hanging off the TV, etc.

Large room with a very spacious bathroom—lots of hot water. Best of all was the great kitchen—very well designed.
A bit noisy due to street traffic.

the room was great!
the location was farther from Manhattan than I had realized and there is no convenient parking.
6.0
The room itself is decent.
The place advertises street parking but it’s hardly an option. We collected 2 parking tickets on our 2 night stay while parking on the street. Parking garages nearby were not open 24/7 which was a huge inconvenience.
Barely anyone at the front desk. People from the outside were attempting to get in. A little but concerning.
No luggage cart, no vending machines, no ice machine.
Bed mattress was spring not memory foam which is what you’d find in decent hotels these days.
For the nightly rate of $200/night, not that happy overall.

The room was great very spacious and clean
Bathroom mirror placed way too high to use, bed could be more comfy and location ok but at night have to be careful walking around.

Room look like someone was already sleeping in there, weird smell, horrible neighborhood. They had ice in the room which was yellow….

We love this place! Me and my partner come here whenever we are in Jersey City and this hotel is always our favorite part of the trip. The suites are perfect for a long stay because they come with all the essentials. There is a full kitchen with a stove, large fridge and freezer, even a dishwasher. The room also comes with a living room area with a couch and dining table. The bathroom was our favorite part! It’s very modern, there are LED lighting on the mirrors, and all the essentials including blow dryer. We’ve been here a couple of times and stayed in different rooms, they are all beautiful and all decorated differently to give the space it’s own feel. Our favorite part of our stay was the balcony, it’s completely private, you get a great top view of Jersey City, we always come before sunset to enjoy it on the balcony. The hospitality of this hotel is amazing! We usually are greeted by Nick in the lobby, he is amazing but all of their employees are great. They are so accommodating, we always leave a note asking for the top floor to enjoy the view and they always try their best to get us a room on the top floor when it’s not too booked, always super accommodating. The next time you’re in Jersey City, book this hotel! You won’t regret it.
