One of the best places we stayed at on our trip! This hotel is worth every cent. We arrived late at night and they organised an easy check in for us with all the information we needed. They had a welcome sign on our door and a little bunch of flowers for us.
The room is very specious and very clean, lovely and modern. Even has floor heating ! The reception is very helpful, they organised an early breakfast for us so we could go make a tour that day.
Highly recommend this place!!
Nothing.

Frühstück in kleinen Häppchen, frisch zubereitet
Kaffeemaschine ohne Milch und Zucker
Großes Zimmer
Kein Getränke - Angebot ( Bier oder Wein)
Kein deutscher Fernsehsender

Great location, clean, quiet and beautifully decorated.
Nothing really.

Nice classy, well taken care off facility
The climb to the property is challenging. Is part of Porto on a hill.

Casa Camélia is unbelievable! The photos don’t do justice to how peaceful and beautiful this place is. The gardens are lush, the view is stunning and our room was perfect. Very thoughtful design with all the finishings top class. Above all else, the staff are just amazing and make this accommodation feel so much more than a hotel. Thanks for a brilliant stay :)

Everything was perfect: the room was very clean, nice, well-decorated, and spacious. The staff was very friendly, especially Raffael, who was very helpful and welcomed us warmly. We arrived early and he prepared us the room a few hours before the official check-in time. The garden was beautiful, and the view was great. I will definitely stay here whenever I return to Porto.
Absolutely Nothing!

The setting was beautiful. A lovely quiet spot tucked away but still close to areas of interest.
Small bathroom.

Lovely facility once inside. Room was average size. Common area included gardens, roof top views, etc. Breakfast "room" was in a greenhouse like building -- very attractive. Breakfast was good. Rain prevented us from enjoying the outdoor areas. Once we sorted out where we were located, it was a 5 min walk to a square with restaurants, a park, etc. (I believe close to the university & some sites.) Room/bathroom was well appointed. Walking the other direction was pretty much straight down, less than a 10-min walk to the waterfront.
The narrow one-way street was a bit noisy at night. No air conditioning, but able to open the windows -- so noisy. No elevator --- lucky to have been on just 1 floor up. Staff knowledge of the area seemed limited.

Loved our stay here - sitting in the garden is a perfect way to relax after a day exploring Porto. The room decoration is lovely and makes the hotel feel very welcoming. The staff are so friendly and exceptionally helpful. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.
The room didn’t have air con. The plug-in fan was ok but not overly effective at cooling the room. But it was unusually warm when we stayed.

Beautiful quiet setting within easy reach of local sights and the river. The staff were wonderful and extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious, clean, and with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.
There is a lovely intimate breakfast each morning within the beautiful gardens of the property.
Loved everything.

The site is very nicely set. Located in quiet zone of Porto.
Our room did not have air conditioning. The fan provided did the job though.

The garden and its view was the best thing about our trip to Porto. The breakfast was great. The room was spacious and very clean. Super nice and helpful staff (Nadia). We will come back for sure just to experience the peace of its garden.
It would be great to have an afternoon tea option (the glass house used for breakfast open in the evening with some basic stuff, like drinks, tea, cookies and fruit) in order to enjoy the sunset from the garden/terrace with a nice cold beverage. That is the only thing that was missing.

A wonderful place, made with love and attention to detail.
Excellent management. Rafael, the owner of the hotel, met us, explained everything, showed us around, gave recommendations where it is better to go, what to visit in Porto.
The rooms are clean and beautiful. There is everything you need.
The garden and the beautiful view deserve special attention - this is something unique.
The hotel is within walking distance from the center. Great place to stay in Porto.
We took the cheapest room, its windows face the street. If you like to sleep with the windows open, then it will be quite noisy in the morning. If you close the windows, you can't hear the noise. And looking back, I would gladly have paid more to have a room overlooking the garden. Because the view is beautiful and that's what makes this place so special. So it is more like an advice from our experience if you can afford, take a room with garden view.

The hotel was beautifully appointed and very comfortable and quiet. Raphael was very welcoming with lots of good tips about visiting Porto. All the staff were friendly and breakfast excellent.
Nothing really. If I were to nit pick the fountain outside our bedroom window was distracting when trying to get to sleep.

Great service and adorable room overlooking a stunning garden and Porto! The breakfast was a highlight in a gorgeous glass house with an even better view of it all! Close to town. Would highly recommend this place.

Room was on small side and no sink in nook area.

The location is perfect. Close enough to walk to almost everything in Porto, but far enough from center of town to feel peaceful. Beautiful garden and view from the Peony room. Very clean and comfortable. Kind and attentive staff. Good breakfast.
Steep hill climb to get to this place from river level (like most of Porto it seems), but there is an escalator for most of it.

Amazing staff, great location, great room and personal touch. great atmosphere.
The breakfast was very poor value for money, we were disappointed as we were explained differently by the host.

Casa Camelia is truly a wonderful place to stay, creating a little haven in the bustling city of Porto. The rooms are delightful and the staff so helpful and accommodating. The views are stunning and the gardens are beautiful. We look forward to returning. Thank you for making this trip a memorable one.

The room was lovely. The gardens and fountain were a charming place to sit for a late afternoon respite. The location was great. And the staff was fabulous.... Very helpful, very warm and very accommodating.

We loved it all. The location , the charm, the cleanliness, the size is the room, the new style inside. And older style outside. We loved the views and the gardens. All so nice. Nadia was sweet and helpful too. Rafael was a big help to my husband in his driving questions. We drove back to Madrid on Wednesday.. nice drive. Thank you again. Your casa was a perfect ending to our vacation..😇
