Great stay,

Breakfast was just fine - they left everything we needed in the room. The family running Studio are very helpful and friendly - a really happy stay !

Very comfortable, clean and well equipped accommodation. Helpful and friendly hosts. Ideal and well though through for a family. We would happily stay again if in the area.

Had a good time, met up with family

Location great, shower facilities need updating, did not like going outside to the shower and toilet facilities.

Cooking facilities for breakfast would have been useful

Meet on arrival and hosts were very friendly and help.

Good selection of breakfast left in the room. We had children so enough for us all. Beverages enough off. Can’t fault it. Location was on a busy road but didn’t have too much trouble parking on the drive. Close to takeaways if needed. Large garden for the children. Studio was a little chilly on arrival but soon became cosy once heaters were turned on. Host were friendly and helpful. Would recommend and stay.

Beds we’re just a little low for two oldies, but comfy.

Ideally located for visiting Christchurch and great if you;re travelling with a large family as we were. Plenty of space and room to park your car on the drive which was a bonus.

Really lovely family break in Christchurch to celebrate a friends wedding

The location was great and the garden setting was very peaceful and private

The only negative was external access to the adjoining toilet & shower rooms.

Lovely little weekend get away, great little studio with fantastic hosts.

lovely little studio ! Was absolutely perfect for our stay for the night to watch a show in the town centre. Very clean, well presented and a lovely host ! definitely recommend! Thank again!

Perfect Sanctuary

I was only here for one night but thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It was like a sanctuary, a very large room, with a beautiful view of the garden. The whole experience was so nice and relaxing, away from all the hustle bustle. It was also extremely clean. I had an amazing night's sleep and felt refreshed. The toilets and bathroom in other outdoor building give it a rustic feeling. Would definitely stay again.

Room was lovely, spacious and private. We were made to feel very welcome and the fridge was nicely stocked with everything we needed.

The bathroom and toilet are actually outside the room. If it was raining, this wouldn't be great.

property clean and spacious. parking. wonderful garden for the children to use. washing line to hang out beach kit. breakfast provided - was lovely! including biscuits, bread, cereals, jams, milk, tea/coffee etc. towels - was perfect for us! host Bekah was more than welcoming and helpful in every way!

Very lovely little break - wish we had booked for longer!

Rebekah and her family were lovely hosts. The studio was well equipped and had more than enough room for the three of us. Everything was as shown on Booking.com, including their lovely spacious garden - well equipped - which guests could use. It was well located within easy walking distance of Christchurch Station, and the bus stop to Bournemouth was just a few houses away.

The accommodation was beautiful and the Hosts were amazing. They had a trampoline, Swimming pool, football goal and swing/slide play set. The only downside was we got there too late to make the most if it

Great stay! Would stay again 😉

Hosts were very welcoming. Beautiful garden lots of space for kids to play or just relax. Absolutely fantastic for a larger family (we were family of 6. 2 adults & 4 children) Parking for 1 vehicle was also a bonus. Location was good close to shops and a 20 min drive to the beach. Having younger children it would of been nice to have a couple of plastic plates/cups as I'm always nervous my children may break something. That said I did not ask the hosts for them and had i asked I do feel they would of happily accommodated my request.

Good value for a family stay with children. Bekah and family were lovely.

Easy acess, with parking onsite. Two toilets so good for four people. Spacious and the garden would be lovely for children to play in.

slightly disappointed with the breakfast ingredients, more aimed at children. some muesli and jam/ marmalade for the toast would be good.

Most enjoyable.The garden is lovely!

Very spacious, comfortable and clean. Bright and light. It being located a few mins walk from Christchurch station was a bonus.
