Great value, location, and service.

We booked a two bedroom at the very last minute (literally in route to NYC) when we were notified that our original hotel was without hot water. The hotel is older, but it is clean, our room was spacious, and the bus stop across the street is convenient for travel into the city. Added bonus was seeing the Macy’s fireworks from our bedroom window.

Parking garage felt a little unsafe but nothing happened to our vehicle. The pool was also a little cold.

Boa opção é ótimo custo-benefício

Mobiliário antigo, mas muito confortável, quarto amplo com antessala e televisão grande e sofá, banheiro também grande com um chuveiro e banheiro ótimo, hotel padrão americano, oferece café da manhã, não é compatível ao paladar do brasileiro, porém muito farto e acredito que quando estamos fora de nosso país temos que nos adaptar, no geral foi uma experiência boa e se precisasse ficaria novamente, ah quanta a localização distante de Mahatan não atrapalhou pela facilidade do ônibus na porta do hotel, achei que foi até bom para descansar mais estando longe do barulho da Time Square.

O carpete, sei que se trata do padrão americano, mas dá um aspecto de sujo e para os alérgicos como eu, pode ser um empecilho.

Will definitely stay here again.

The staff were wonderful. Told them I sprained my ankle before we got to the hotel. They asked if I would like a room closest to the elevators. And asked if I wanted a lower level floor. Got to my room, and maintenance was inside. Went down to the desk to change rooms, the desk automatically switched us, and said if there was anything amiss with that room, they would personally move us and bring the keys up to us.

The second set of doors to get into the lobby from outside was tricky. Like you needed your room key or something to activate it. But if you were checking in, how could you use a key you didn't have yet.

אני נמצא בהרבה מאוד מלונות שונים . אחד מהמלונות הטובים ביותר שהייתי בארה״ב , נעים , ריחני מאוד , מיקום מצויין , נקי ברמות גבוהות , חדיש מאוד . בשורה האחרונה מעולה . צוות נהדר בכל תחום במלון .

Our stay was very good love the view from my room and location can’t complain they also help me out to find a late night

The rooms view was perfect and it’s next to really good restaurants Walmart and about a 6 -7 minutes drive to the American Dream Mall

Breakfast was not to great but it was exceptional pool was cold I didn’t last for very long in there but my daughter is a little fish and loves to be in the water one we called and let them know the pool was cold the turned in the pool heater and I wasn’t told about the a $150 fee they charge when you check in and get it back 3 to 5 business days after your check out date when i book through booking and if they did I don’t see it I found when I got to the hotel.

Overall stay was good. Just could improve upon breakfast.

The rooms were big enough and the place was clean. Good facilities

I stayed for 7 days and after every day of room cleaning they should refill bottles of water also which they never did. Water was not provided during breakfast also. Water is such a basic and important need which they should atleast provide. Also breakfast could be little better with some changes during the week. I found the same breakfast for 7 days and that too very very limited variety.

So,so.

The overall architectural style is good, but the hygiene is very poor, especially the seat cushions in the restaurant are full of oil stains.

Breakfast,and cafeteria chair cover need change so dirty.

It was a decent stay, and a nice hotel. But we won’t be coming back because of the ridiculous fees.

The bed was comfy with lots of soft pillows. Breakfast was good and still hot at the end of the buffet hours.

The pet fees were absolutely ridiculous. It was originally $100 per dog, the front desk attendant did us a favor and cut it down to $75 per dog… but the pet fee exceeded the original cost of the room! And when you book through 3rd party (booking.com) they don’t mention the fees at all.

Terrible Beds

The beds are terrible. I am pretty sure was was broken. You can feel the springs through the mattresses. The sofabed is a joke too.

Wonderful. I will stay here again.

Love the look of the place. More beautiful in person. The distance to Restaurants and stores. And how easy it was to get to downtown New York bus 320 directly there.

The bagels were hard as a rock and the milk wasn’t good. It was sweet.. I Don’t know if milk labels were mixed up. But there were other good things to eat, so it didn’t spoil my stay. Also the room needed a chair. See pic attached. I had 2 Bedroom, 2 kings room.

Great value only seven minutes away to New York City with the shuttle that stops right in front of the property strongly

The breakfast was excellent, the room was clean, the location was very good and the staff was very helpful with finding and returning my personal items that I mistakenly left in the room on a prior visit.

The hotel felt brand new and staff was so nice! Spacious room and in a convenient location. 1000% percent better than the last place I stayed at in the same area. Also had an omelet made for me that is included in the low price of the hotel.

Value for your money

During check-in, I asked if I could get a room from where I can see NYC and they gave us the room with the best view. The breakfast was very really good, lot of options to choose from. And they got Masala Tea, which was a surprise. The location makes this place super convenient. There is a bus stop right next to the hotel, and we have Bus# 320 to go to NYC. But the best option is to park your car at Commuter Parking lot (5 mins drive from hotel) and hop on bus# 320. The commuter parking lot offer $10 parking for whole day and a free adult round-trip ticket to NYC.

It is an old hotel and there is a plenty of wear and tear. The staff is doing their best to maintain it well. I felt that the price, convenience and location of the hotel overrides its age. It was pleasant stay for us, and I saw a ton of families staying there.

Il est très facile d'aller à Manhattan à partir de cet hôtel en prenant un bus direct qui prend 20 minutes et qui nous dépose à côté de Times Square.

The location of the hotel is very good. You can easily get to Manhattan in 30 minutes by bus. The hotel staff were very friendly.

Large hotel room at convenient location.

Room was very large with a separate room for the bed and living room/pull-out sofa which allowed our family of 4 to have some quiet time/privacy. This was the best feature of the hotel. However the automatic light sensors made little sense as they could not be programmed into the "OFF" mode for times like the night when someone needed to use the bathroom, and all the lights would come on automatically. Breakfast was a fairly good spread, including potatoes, sausage/bacon, egg, various pastries, fruit, yoghurt cup, bagels and coffee/tea/drinks station. However the spread did not change on a daily basis, which quickly became very dull for travelers like our family who stayed there 4 days, and had the same breakfast every morning. Dining in the atrium was good as the hotel gets very crowded and so the tables are spread out far enough to be comfortable. Location was great for NJ bus stop right outside hotel with final stop at NY Port Authority Station at Times Square.

Monotonous breakfast, and automatic light sensors. Toiletries were in the very tiny bottles, quantity did not match the needs of family of 4. For the price we paid and environmental reason, toiletries should just be fixed on the wall and full-size, and refilled by housekeeping.

Location was good. Next to NJ bus transportation station 320. Free parking. Breakfast was included. Big rooms for 4 people. Despite the old look in the room, the mattress was comfortable.

Old rooms. Needs upgrade. Room had funny smell, sticky air. I wasn’t excited to go back to my room and sleep there.

Completely happy with our stay and will stay at Harmony Suites again when visiting family.

The facility was excellent. Clean, quiet and well kept. Front desk staff and cleaning staff were helpful and courteous. Pool facility was clean and well kept.

When needing something like extra towels you had to go to front desk to pickup. There was no delivery to your room.
