We liked its central location, just a few steps from the main square. The building is historical, that's why they can't build a lift there, it's forbidden by the law.
Located in a small historical square where a gate to the ancient fortress was situated, the place can be noisy, but it didn't prevent us from feeling well.
Some members of personnel were very professional and nice - Andriy from the breakfast room and Volodymyr, a guard.
There is no lift, but the stairs are comfortable and not high.
The bed was awful, it seemed it is not flat, it feels like a slope. Maybe we were unlucky, but room 3 is not suited for sleeping.
The receptionists seem to be severe ladies, not welcoming, not nice. I had the impression that they are letting us in for free...

There is no soundproofing at all! The impression that you live in the corridor. Everything that the staff does and says can be heard in the room! Definitely need a second door to the room.

Clean and cozy room, convenient location, various and tasty breakfast. Friendly staff (additional credit - early check-in and cloakroom).

city center, breakfast
parking is actually busy, difficult to reach because of location (traffic jam). no parking near the hotel, need to go out of city center to park the car. room very dark, the smell of cigarettes, guests are allowed to smoke in the rooms for sure because there are tones of cigarettes on the window (but it should be forbidden because of law).

The location is exquisite. Only hundreds of meters to Lviv Opera or the central square. The room is quite big with new finishing and everything needed. The breakfast is various and tasty.
The parking is tiny and half of the cars are blocked by the other half.

Staff is super sweet. Had a small medical incident. They were very helpful and took care of me. <3

The hotel is very central, super comfortable, clean, cozy, with great breakast, very helpful welcoming staff, and with allocated parking, which was a huge bonus in the city centre
The only thing we didn't like was the noise from the passing trams, but we quickly got used to it

We arrived at night and the guard told us we should sort out the payment in the morning. I was assigned Room 5 that turned out to face the road with cars which was very noisy at even 3am. I asked the hotel staff to change the room. They insisted I paid for my stay at 3am and hand in the first before they agreed to give me a quieter room. I had to run up and down the stairs several times to comply with their multiple requests and also I had to live my things right in the corridor while moving rooms. The general tone and attitude was execptionally rude. The staff spoke Ukrainian to me although from my pasport it was evident I am a foreginer. The quieter room I was given was overlooking the same road (but was on a higher floor, so a bit more quiet).
