Everything is super cute and has so much character. The staff is all so wonderful and helpful, and we loved the wine tasting and crepe station! I also loved being able to take a bath in the cute tub and that every type of soap and lotion was available in generous bottles.
We were next to the kitchen so we did hear everyone walking around and closing and slamming cabinets and doors around 6:30/7am and we heard every step the people upstairs took so we weren’t able to sleep in very much, but aside from that everything was great.

This is a charming hotel with a delicious breakfast and coffee. The location is perfect for walking to downtown Petaluma restaurants and shops. Free parking is an added bonus. The decor of the hotel took me back to vacations in France. The room size was amazing and our bed was very comfortable.
I liked everything.

Very eclectic!! Don’t stay here if you’re boring, it’s super fun. Close by everything. Felt safe, stayed in the airstream.

This was a funky, charming place, with a comfortable vibe, nice people, and very charming decor. The staff was pleasant. The breakfast was simple, but delicious and the atmosphere was offbeat and fun.

Loved all the attention to Parisian detail, the dining options for dinner and breakfast, the originality, comfort, very good vibes!!
Nothing. Loved it all.

How unique this place was and everyone was very nice.
Only crepes were served for breakfast. I wish that there were hard boiled eggs as another choice. Many people watch their carb intake. All I had was coffee.

so cute, and loved the self serve pour over coffee and crepes! very positive and nice staff, especially Kobe!
our room was more geared in decor toward children, and the set up for the shower was a little uncomfortable with the plastic showers curtain sometimes touching you, while showering.

Didn’t eat bfast there.
Used to be included in stay now charging $10
Way to bright in the room when trying to sleep
The outside hall light is to bright for the sheer style cover over the glass door.
A slide back curtain like on the windows would do fine.

Perfect location, walking distance to venues, restaurants, etc.

The air stream rooms looked interesting. Our room was in the actual motel.
The room was very small, no surface area to put anything down , beds were not comfortable, antique tub/shower was hard to maneuver in and too small for any adult to take a bath in, check in woman, Desiree was friendly but could not tell us anything about wine country and they are in the middle of it. She had no recommendations for wine tasting and said she just learned from another guest that there is wine tasting right in Petaluma. She was more interested in returning a personal call and rushing us through the check-in than being helpful. Signs to stay quiet were everywhere and it felt like we could barely have conversations in our room or in the hallway. Extremely disappointing. Would not stay again. I do not understand all the 10 out of 10 ratings.

Petaluma is an awesome little city, with unexpected treasures and top notch restaurants. Perfectly situated on the edge of town is this gem of a hotel. If quirky, and unusual appeal to you, then this is the place. Run by an expat Parisian, the hotel is covered with unusual items that harken back to French simple culture. I loved the plastic Mother Goose lamps, and the many posters of French cartoons and advertisements.
The breakfast of fresh crepes, and really good coffee and tea was a pleasant start to the day. The beds were comfortable. The grounds laid out in little gardens.
No elevator, so you lug your bags upstairs if that's where you are. Some rooms are small and sparse, but if you have traveled budget in Europe, that is typical.

The breakfast was amazing. Delicious crepes and endless coffee with communal seating. It was the best part. Plus the outdoor patio was wonderful.
A larger countertop area in the bathroom to place my bath kit.

French Ambiance. We felt like we were in a vintage hotel in a French Village. Weather was rainy, but no matter.
Fresh crepes for breakfast and good coffee.
Petaluma is also an interesting town.
Shower curtain on free standing tub was hard to maneuver.

The hotel has a very sweet Euro-charm -- lots of special little touches and eye-candy to make our room and the hotel feel warm and friendly.
Great location for wandering around downtown Petaluma -- lots of cafes and shops close by.
Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful.
We opted out of the breakfast but it looked great.
About 10-days prior to our stay, the hotel over-charged my credit card and processed the charges early. When I called to inquire about the charges, the less-than-polite staff person told me that the hotel does not honor the Bookings.com agreement. I was told that breakfast was not optional and I was being billed even though we had opted out on the Bookings site; the reservation was non-cancellable, and that my money would not be returned and the reservation would not be honored if I pursued the early charge. I was extremely angry and considered cancelling our reservation, but then decided to follow-up the next day with the hotel to determine if what I was told was correct or if the staffer was having a bad day. The next day I spoke with a very pleasant and helpful lady that apologized and told me that indeed the hotel honors the Bookings.com agreement and the charges were removed from my credit card.
In short, the staff was great with the exception of one gentleman who was having a very bad day.

Unique, comfortable feeling. Like a small european hotel. Clean, relaxed and inviting. Not a chain hotel/motel, so fun.
Rooms are small, but all you need. Plus big screen TV, comfy bed and comforter quaint touches, quiet. What more do you want. Not for everyone I guess, but we go back just for the experience. And enjoy Petaluma, one of our favorite small towns. And we have traveled a lot.
