Lovely family home.

Great location, very friendly hosts. We have stayed before, it is a lovely property which was easy to access, all on one level, walk in shower. Parking was easy just outside the property. It was clean and comfortable, heating was efficient and there is a kitchen for cooking meals. Supermarket nearby and loads of nice restaurants and pubs, also close to the beach so some nice walks. We also saw a show in the Pavilion theatre which was really fun.

It is a shame that the family living in the above flat is quite noisy, particularly the dog who barked a lot. This is obviously not the hosts fault, and it didn't spoil our stay but is worth mentioning. One of the double beds has quite an uncomfortable mattress, which is a shame since the other beds and sofa seem very new and comfortable. This time we utilised the single bed and did not use the uncomfortable double.

Lovely property

Lovely decor and excellent location. All rooms on one level made it ideal for us. Bonus was finding the USB charging points when my Mum forgot her adapter.

Our two night stay for my mums 80th Birthday was perfect. No other words needed.

The property is clean and very spacious, and a very short walk to the beach. Gorleston is perfect, nice and quiet and a beautiful beach.

My dogs would have loved it here, lots of space, a shame it doesn’t accept dogs. As I prefer an option of no stairs

Superb

Very spacious and clean property. Well presented and comfortable setting. Perfect for the few days we were visiting the area. Easy to get parking on the street directly outside the property. Beds were very comfortable.

Only minor negative was that you could hear the person in the property above walking from room to room - could hear their footsteps pretty clearly when you were lying in bed and it was quiet. Not an issue during the day.

Perfect!

Able to relax the minute we arrived .....just perfect! Wonderful quiet and relaxed ....easy to find, and easy to explore . Facilities were excellent .

Wonderful 2 days away with family.

Wonderful flat, very comfy, clean and homely. Very spacious for my grown up daughter and myself. Great location, easy on street parking and a very short walk to the beach. Thoughtful little welcome pack on arrival, teabags, coffee, milk and even a packet of biscuits. Everything you could need is in this property. Cannot recommend enough and will definitely be visiting again! 🙂

Some tongs in the kitchen would be useful. That really is it!

Beautifully presented apartment with a lovely beach on the doorstep

The location of the apartment was really convenient for the beach. It was well presented and maintained and had everything we needed for a weeks stay.

The only things that could have been better was if the apartment had a washing machine and somewhere to dry clothes. It was only an issue really for us as our son was only 8 months old and he needed a lot of clothes washing. We did manage with hand washing but a washing machine would have been useful. Also if you are taking a young child the owners provide a really decent cot and high chair but I would take a baby bath as there is only a shower in the bathroom. We put our baby bath in the shower and filled it with the shower head and this worked really well as the shower is very spacious.

Exceptional

Couldn't fault the place and will be going back there soon. Spacious, clean and felt like a holiday apartment by the sea. Big kitchen and large shower, the place was immaculate. The owner brought extra towels round, she's friendly and welcoming, the beautiful beach is 5 mins walk from the apartment.

Absolutely brilliant. Highly recommend. I will book again.

The place was fantastic. Great location, and wonderful touches in the design made it a place we really enjoyed coming back to after exploring the area. Would highly recommend and will definitely book again when I come back to Gorleston.
