I found a dildo, a Caucasian penis and a bag in my room under the sink it was still charged for my stay

Overall, our stay was nice and comfortable for the night. Would probably stay again!

Hotel was clean and convenient for our stay.

The complementary breakfast didn’t seem like much of a breakfast, only coffee was offered, not even orange juice. Along with granola & oatmeal packs. Definitely could offer better options in my opinion. Only downside to our stay

Room was very spacious and clean. The location is descent, close to everything. Pet friendly. Friendly staff. I would stay again if it was for 1 night but not extended.

Bed was way to hard. After the second night we had back pain and we are in our 30’s. Picked this due to location and breakfast included but breakfast included coffee and granola bars. Every morning I went for coffee there was none had to wait for more. Then there was always coffee grounds. Granola bars and little muffins were the only good options. I probably wouldn’t of booked if I knew that I would have picked a different location. If you are trying to save money for eating out this is not the hotel. There is a smell in the hotel and the rooms. Bring air fresheners. No room service during your stay. Idk if that’s hotels policy? But I would of thought they would bring clean towels and take out the trash. The street is very busy so make sure your car can go when you pull out.

Was Not able to stay due to no communication between Booking.com and Extended stay America.

The Host at the front desk was professional and very kind.

Booking and Extended Stay America should've communicated and let me know no that they're were No rooms available for my family and me instead of waiting for me to arrive over there to let me know that they're was only one room with a double bed for 7 people. Sadly we went back home instead of stating the one night we were supposed to stay. Better communication and be honest with your clients.

Didn’t take advantage of the breakfast or exercise room. Was glad that the desk clerk let the food service up to my door. Handicapped.

Called the front desk four times. No answer. Had to keep calling back.

The staff was unfriendly would be a polite word the bed was horrible it was like a pull-up bed hard as a rock and the air conditioner / heater was very noisy it needs to be replaced

I never even got into the hotel.

I booked with them, they knew I would be coming in late and confirmed. When I got there, I could not get into the building. I made several phone calls, and eventually got a person. He apparently was not on site, he put me on hopd several times and he was unable to raise the person who was supposed to let me in and check me in. I ended up having to drive around Saugus Massachusetts at 2 o'clock in the morning looking for another place. Fortunately, I found another hotel but it was significantly more expensive. This was an unsafe, and bad experience.

Worst hotel experience ever.

soft bed

everything but the bed....felt like walking into a jail...No front desk service...no signage on the street. Food stained towel in the kitchen area....one of the walls need repair. Looks like this is a new hotel chain in Massachusetts/Saugus and they really need to make this better.

Horrible. Stay somewhere else!!

Right next to a walmart.

Bugs everywhere in the rooms, no maid/cleaning service, and there was an AWFUL smell/stench the entire trip. It was so bad to the point that they have gave out all of the air fresheners and could not give us any or help us at all with it. The staff was also very rude and “breakfast” was muffins and coffee…
