Precio. El cobro de la factura tiene muchas dudas. La reserva estaba por 104 dólares y me cobraron 550.000 pesos colombianos. Es decir q el dólar lo cobraron a 5.000?. El señor de recepción poco amable. Poco informativo y poco agradable el trato

Breakfast was good, room was comfortable, very close to Sabaneta area and mall, modern style, it looks new.

Not enough parking for all guests, if you are not using a car it's a good option.

new property with wonderful views.

the location is excellent to be near Envigado or Sabaneta. safe with a guard at the entrance. right next to mayorca mall. the staff were kind and bilingual. I noticed dogs are allows too which is nice :)

the layout of the room itself is quite strange and where the bed is placed is a tight space. breakfast buffet was okay.

Our reservation done via booking.com was cancelled on the same day 6 pm by the hotel (one hour before we arrived after a long flight) and we had a really long discussion with them until we could finally stay. The "room" was any small room, with just a bed and we had to pay even more than the offered price on booking.com . Furthermore, the next morning when we wanted to leave, we were not able to open the door from inside the room for 20 minutes as it was somehow blocked and the room had no phone to call the reception. Never ever stay there again.

The room and Breakfast was very good.

I was called at 22.45 from the front desk to pay my stay. they insisted I will do it now it cant wait until the morning! never happened to me before The gym is a joke ! the lowest score I ever gave

Long Distance from the Airport and due to traffic in the city Airport Transfer scheduled for additional hour and a half before Airport arrival time.

Very good

Staff is really friendly, professional and accommodating. Location is great, a block a way from a shopping center and other important areas. Place was clean at all times and service was fastand efficient.

Pillows are not very comfortable, food is very limited and usually cold. Drawer was broken, need a better mirrror in the rooms and for s new hotel I would have more amenities or options for guests.

Very clean, super new and modern. Comfortable. The walls were a bit thin, but other than that, nice hot water, wifi, and beautiful lounge area.

Only problem is the location. Location is in Sabeneta, which is far from the main areas, but at least this hotel is close to centro comercials.

The property is far from the center of Medellin where fun take place.
