Very relaxing and no noise pollution.

Very quiet area and mature neighborhood. Was easy access to major highways.

There was a strong smell coming from the laundry room that lingered in the kitchen. Kettle needs a lid as hard to pour hot water once boiled.

If you are a quiet partner, this place is for you. You are located right in a family neighborhood.

The house was in a great quiet location.

I wished I could have parked in the big 2 car garage. (Unless the owner had their car in there) Access to a recycling can.

Very nice

The house is very comfortable. It was a busy time in Nashville so prices were high and we were on the other side of town but it was a pleasant stay in a well set up house.

The tv didn’t work, we could barely get one channel, luckily we were busy with family parties across town.

Really enjoyed a comfortable stay!

Very comfortable. All was as described. Very comfortable! We couldn't figure out the fireplace. Everything else worked great! Great location, easy access to downtown. Location was very quiet, and we tried to be unobtrusive also.

I Would Not Recommend

The kitchen and breakfast area.

The outdoor entry rails were really wide, so they were hard to hold on to when lugging luggage up the exterior stairs. The lighting in the house was really poor. It was really dark. The lighting in the living room was white Christmas lights hung from were a ceiling light should have been. There were no lamps to improve the lighting. The guest bedroom was also poorly lit. There was one low watt light in the center of the ceiling and then two lamps, neither of which were near the bed. Carpeting throughout the house was excessively stained. Furniture in the living room was sparse and not much of it was functional or matched the rest. Guest room had no real bedroom furniture except the twin bed that was pushed against the wall. There was a huge square table at the end of the bed that took up way too much room. There were two chairs along one wall, but not wide enough to put your luggage. There was also a cabinet that I think was for an office and it was blocked by one of the lamps anyway. There was no side table next to the twin bed, so I had to take a table from the master bedroom. The bedlinens and pillows were old and threadbare. They should have been used for rags. The guest room curtains were poorly hung and not really functional. What's worse, is when I did get them open, the area was dusty and dirty. This house was not what I would expect from a short-term rental. It was mostly filled with a bunch of left over furniture and old linens, not to mention the carpet with terrible stains.
