Relaxed stay in excellent setting at accommodation which was exceptionally clean.

Choosing items for breakfast the previous evening was mutually beneficial. Food was tasty and well presented. Service was attentive without being overbearing. Care was taken to ensure that everything was to our needs.

Fantastic find Of A B&B

Jackie the owner was so helpful and made us welcome, we had to extend our stay which was not a problem. We could not actualty eat at main breakfast due to our work start time. but Jackie went out of her way to prepare us breakfast sanwiches which were great....Thank you so much

Toilet very very small, not comfortable Check out very early 10 am, and they knocked on the door at the exact time at 10 am, no 1 minute extra.

Well appointed former gentlemen’s residence with superb views , breakfast and host.

Former Gentleman’s residence full of character and well appointed. Large, bright and well decorated rooms. Lovely host and a superb breakfast. Room 3 has superb views of the sea.

Nothing really. Just a short walk into town which may not suit everyone.

Amazing place to stay

Absolutely everything nothing was too much trouble. The room was amazing beautifully decorated and had lots of personal touches even down to a toothbrush. Breakfast was the best breakfast we've ever had all home cooked and could really tell it was fresh produce. Will definatly be back again...

All the extras in the room * hairdryer * iron & board * clothes brush * shoehorn * tea & coffee making facilities - green tea readily available * the views were lovely if you look over the caravan park, but lovely bay window - I sat on the settee at the end of my evening with one of the windows open enjoying the breeze and the sound of the sea in the distance… great!

The bedroom was lovely with all the extras in the bathroom. Breakfast was good, but I like my bacon well done with crispy rind. Jackie is lovely and very welcoming. I would stay again ….

Perfect B&B in pretty location

Lovely B&B with spacious rooms and lots of thoughtful personal touches for a peaceful and comfortable stay. Jackie is very welcoming and also allowed an early check in so we could leave our car there whilst taking a trip on the nearby steam train. Breakfast was delicious, the shower powerful, towels soft and fluffy and proper coat hangers! (Not those awful fixed ones...)

1st surprise was the willingness to allow cancellation at no cost. fabulous welcome from Jackie the host and keen to do all she could to make our stay enjoyable. And she did! Well presented typical full English breakfast. We found the bedroom (no 5) large which included two seater leather sofa overlooking the advertised sea view the super kingsized bed one of the best I have ever slept on in terms of a good balance between softness and firm support. - the whole place felt very new and beautifully clean. there was a complete absence of traffic noise in the house.

to see the sea binoculars needed (not a serious issue at all). no in reality there was nothing amiss.

Breakfast very good. Good coffee machine in bedroom. Fresh milk available. Location fine; not walking distance to beach but very handy for Talyllyn Railway.
