Perfect location and clean place to stay.

Everything was as its written. Location was perfect, it was so easy to travel surrounding town and cities. The room was clean. It was easy to check in and check out. Public areas were clean and organized also.

Wifi connection was too slow.

Séjour annulé le jour même en arrivant sur les lieux. Impossible de séjourner dans ces conditions.

Logements extrêmement sales et vetustes. 2 minuscules salles d'eau à partager avec de nombreuses chambres. Rideaux de douche très sale et vieux, tapis de bain très sale, lavabos très sale. 2 WC vétustes à partager avec de nombreuses chambres, très sales. 1 minuscule cuisine, avec un petite table et 4 tabourets pour de nombreuses chambres. 1 réfrigérateur très sale rempli de victuailles. Des plaques grasses et sales. Pas de cafetière type senseo comme indiqué par téléphone. Un balcon à partager rempli de mégots de cigarettes. Des espaces communs très sales.

Bel emplacement cependant les parties communes du logement nécessitent une attention toute particuliere

Les chambre sont spacieuses et plutôt confortables

Les communs . la salle de bain n’a pas de vmc les fenêtres ne peuvent être ouverte. L’odeur et le taux d’humidité restent relativement trop élevés lorsque les occupants des 4 chambres sont passés dans la salle de bains. Le rideau de douche et les joints du receveur présentent des traces de moisissures. Le tapis en sortie de douche est constamment détrempé. Un système caillebotis permettre de remédier à cette situation. Le receveur de douche nécessite également un nettoyage beaucoup plus performant.

Quiet and spacious!

Easy self check-in, spacious and clean room, and well-maintained common spaces. As the pictures show! Super easy to get to from the train station,

The kitchen lacked basics like coffee pods or a regular coffee maker for the grounds. But the apartment is located near several great cafes for a morning coffee!

The location was perfect, near the station. The bed was very comfortable. The toilet and shower were clean and we had no problem sharing it. It was quiet and peaceful for the most part.

On the weekend in one of the rooms there was party and loud noises late in the night. They didn't clean our room during our stay.

Exceptional

Compared to price, it is perfect. Very close to Flixbus station and Train station. They replay messages fastly. Even if you dont write anything they ask if you need something.

Wooden floor causes noise. Because it is old. Late time close to morning it was a little bit cold. But not too cold. The heating system is the central.

Amazing

Everything was amazing. Very good location, especially if you wanna catch a train to cities around Mulhouse (Basel, Colmar, Strasbourg...) because you need one minute to Gare Centrale. You have also one minute to tram station from which you can go anywhere in city. Benoit is super host. Next time in Mulhouse i surely know where to stay! 💪

Location is perfect. Everything was good. We stayed for 2 days and we had no problems. Shared toilets maybe a problem, but generally clean and empty. Definitely recommended ☺️

one toilet didn't have soap so we used the other toilet. but we also know they would help if we told them. I guess that's not a problem

Quality time spent here

Great location for being so close to Gare Central train station. Room has space to unwind, shared kitchen and shower fully equipped. You can unload luggage early on day of checking in, following instructions to unlock main door and decode key box. And if you want to stock up food there is a Lidl supermarket nearby with freshly made pastry. Pedestrian mall, historical sites and tourist office all within walking distance.

Minor: entrance to apartment VERY discreet, with no street number or sign to announce. Trees in park across populated with crows and can get noisy sometimes. Each apartment has its own lock (four of them share kitchen, toilet and shower), so while its pretty secure you will rarely know your neighbor. For those who drive, street parking is very limited.

Superb

Location is perfect. Everything is so close to the apartment. Benoit was an excellent host, and you wont regret it if you stay there. I hope we'll get back one day to visit all the places we've missed this time.

Basically, everything was perfect and I have only two suggestions. Air condition in the apartment would be spot on and some kind of television to break the silence. Besides that, I have no complains.
