4.0
Large spacious and bright with good size bedrooms, outdoor seating and pool. Huge kitchen living area for us all to gather. Very large tvs in all rooms, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Good location 30-40 minutes drive to Disney and Universal. Able to get Ubers and use own car.
The whole place needs a really good deep clean. The skirting boards were dirty throughout the house. No information or booklet on how to operate things or what to do with rubbish, etc. no plug or washing up bowl for kitchen sink. The WiFi stopped working and the air conditioning wasn’t very efficient. The bedrooms got hotter and hotter throughout the holiday.
4.5
Pretty much everything. It was a lovely villa; spacious, clean, comfortable and well presented.
The only reason I didn’t rate it as excellent were because of the following, hopefully constructive, comments:
The kitchen was generally well equipped except for the following:
Insufficient cutlery - only 2 teaspoons, only 4 x large and 4 x small forks and no serving spoons
There was no chopping board - I went out and bought one
It would have been good to have had a salad/fruit bowl
The master en-suite could have done with a towel rail. There was also nowhere in the shower to put gel/shampoo
We were confused by all the ?light switches - some didn’t seem to turn anything off or on and, although we could turn off one of the lanai lights with a remote control, we never did find out how to turn off the other one.
4.5
there were ten of us and everyone was comfortable
I feel there should have been two towels for each person. I also think there should be hand rails in both hot tub and pool
