Traveland 2024 ... great staying

I like everything at Traveland! The place is great, the houses are very comfortable, is a good place for bringing friends and/or family, the staff is always very receptive with our needs. We had a problem with our convector in our first night of staying but in the first part of the second-day everything was solved. Thank you very much for your help and professionalism. We will always come back with a lot of joy and happiness! Thank you very much for everything!

I didn't like the cleaning! A friend of mine sad once that if the price for staying is acceptable/affortonable she expects to find a spider or dust in the room. I would say that is absolutly necessary for the rooms to be very clean and without any sign of unwanted guests. Another problem that I consider that can be improved is the facility to make a good, warm shower... The head of the shower battery was fix and oriented to the wall ... somehow very uncomfotable to use it properly. A bath battery with a flexibile shower would be more helpful there. The watter has small presure at the first floor but, with a proper shower device it could help to manage better and quicker this activity. Those 2 made me take 1 Point. In my opinion is important to have a good, comfortable, warm and clean room and good facilities for a proper shower. Thank you!

Location and easy access to Partia Lupul / Lupul Slope Friendly snd helpful Staff, they gave us good reference re skiing gear and recommend Stana as a place to eat , where we loved the food and service. Further away from the busy area, but still in the heart of Poiana Brasov! Great place.

Супер место для отдыха семьёй.

Отель состоит из нескольких небольших зданий, расположенных как бы по кругу. Внутри очень красивый дворик с детской площадкой и мангальной зоной для каждого номера. Состояние номера (это был даже не номер, а целая 2х комнатная квартира!) прекрасное. Все работает. Чисто. Есть полноценная кухня со всей необходимой посудой. Очень удобно когда вы с маленькими детьми и они не особо едят ресторанную еду. Отопление- газовый котел, который имеет электронную регулировку. Вы можете регулировать как вам нравится. Расстояние до подъемника 100метров! Это детский подъемник "Стадион". На нем можно подняться до телекабины, которая везёт на самый верх! Правда проблема что там нет кассы чтоб пополнить ски пасс, но мы просили работника на подъёмнике чтоб пропустил бесплатно подняться до кассы и он нам ни разу не отказал.

Не удобное время заезда-выезда.

O locatie placuta , pentru tineri in special , bine pozitionata fata de partii .

Parterul unei vile mobilat si utilat complet ,cu un coltar spatios in living pentru a-ti petrece seara alaturi de prieteni . Aveau in living si cele doua dormitoare cate un TV smart Samsung foarte mare . Curatenia era decenta , nu la superlativ . In primul rand , trebuie sa ne raportam la pret , sa fim cat mai obiectivi . Este ideal pentru tineri si familii cu 2 - 3 copii . Mai au si un dormitor foarte mic , dar la nevoie este utilizabil . La baie aveam feon si pliculete cu sampon / gel de dus + prosoape de calitate .

Cabina de dus nu se închidea perfect ( lucru comun la multe unitati de cazare ) , lipsa unui cuptor cu microunde , coltarul avea ceva urme de uzura , dar e de asteptat de la un loc frecventat de copii .

Localizare f bună, cu doua partii de schii foarte aproape, 3 minute de mers pe jos, magazine și restaurante bune în zona. Casuta atrăgătoare ca design și personal foarte amabil.

Dau 6 puncte doar pt ca era foarte prost întreținută casa și mizerie înăuntru.

A Great Place to Stay

"Traveland Alpina Resort" is a very nice place. Small wooden houses in the forest. The bedrooms are basic but the beds are very comfortable. The common room is spacious and it gets a friendly feeling. Very big and nice terrace as well. The young gentleman at the reception was very nice and kind, accepting our reservation immediately, close to midnight, after we had a trouble with a previous booking. We would be happy staying there again during our next Poiana Brasov visit.

In general this is a good place to stay because of location and price.

The location was great and all the local attractions are very close. The staff are very friendly and can help you with the most of your requests. The thing I liked the most about this place is the ability to accommodate with pets.

In the room where we stayed on the first floor, there was very high humidity. The electrical sockets were "pulled out" from the walls, and there were many different wires sticking out from the wall. The drain in the shower gets clogged very quickly, and water just accumulates while you're taking a shower. Internet is available, but the signal is very weak - I was only able to catch it in one spot. When I inquired about a Wi-Fi signal booster, the staff provided me with an internet adapter to transmit the signal through the socket and then via an Ethernet cable. When I mentioned that this wasn't what I needed, they simply shrugged their shoulders and that was it.

The only good thing about this place is location and that is it! And wifi was not payable.

This apartment is worn out and not taken care of it at all, there was no maintenance done for a while. We had two bathrooms, one was extremely dirty and shower was not working properly, the other one was not so dirty and it was ok for a quick shower. Almost all doors had holes in it and some were not even able to close properly. Kitchen closets were dirty but kitchen equipment seemed clean. We also had a visitor in the apartment, under the kitchen sink we have found a dormouse!
