The beds are comfortable, staff is always pleasant, rooms are nice

My last stay, there was a huge web with a spider in it made between the curtain and the air unit in plain sight, and the shower had low pressure and a constant drip that Very loudly pinged the drain for the entire shower. I think if the pressure was correct it would have been fine.

Staff was courteous, helpful and friendly. I asked for a later check out since I wasn’t feeling well and it was granted.

Short distance to the area I needed to be. The hotel is clean. Bathroom is big and well lit. Shower has glass doors, which I prefer than shower curtains. Good selection of continental breakfast.

Entry to hotel property is not as easy from the main road. Main entrance to the hotel from I-431 should be marked. There are no signs for the hotel.

A great stay with minor flaws

I loved the staff!!! They were so so kind, and breakfast was a HUGEEE hit! Those pearl sugar waffles were to die for!

The facility is new- and I expected that. I was very disappointed to see torn wallpaper, gaps in the floors where caulk should be used to fill (specifically around the shower), and a dirty sink. Overall, these are simple issues to be fixed.

No water = disaster. No effort was made to make up for the inconvenience.

The location was perfect for the Sand Mountain Park Sports facilities. New hotel, so it was clean. It was off to a great start, then came the morning.

We woke up to zero water - Note under the door explaining that there was a burst pipe. We couldn't brush our teeth, shower or use the bathroom upon waking. It never came back on. They offered no discounts for our extreme inconvenience, no vouchers for a future stay, nothing -just an apology. An apology is not good enough for that level of inconvenience! We had to leave the hotel earlier than we had planned as a result of this inconvenience. It was overpriced to begin with and this enormous inconvenience of NO water just added insult to injury.

I really liked my name being on the TV when I turned it on. Thought it was a nice touch. The good morning,afternoon snd night. The shower was a nice size to.

I had to leave. It did rain for little.

Enjoyed the rooms, the pool & location. Very happy about the hydration station.

Breakfast was ok. Would love to see vanilla yogurt. More types of fruit. Banana were over rip. Boiled eggs was great.

The yogurt was not good. Raspberry is not my type.

nice faculty, great staff and well lit outside,

The property is new and it was clean. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast could use scrambled eggs and either a bacon or sausage but not on a biscuit. Felt the carbohydrates were well covered. The boiled eggs were less than desirable.

Terrible for price we paid

Our room flooded, we had to come move our wet items to another room while visiting family. The air conditioner in the new room went out. No breakfast was serviced they didn’t have staff.
