Bathrooms and kitchen surfaces are sanitized with professional-grade disinfectants. All linens are washed with bleach & soap and dried at high temperatures. Our cleaning team follows strict safety protocols, including wearing gloves and masks during the entire process. High-touch surfaces are disinfected again during the pre-arrival inspection to ensure a safe environment for your stay.

- Refundable Damage Deposit: please note that all our vacation homes require a refundable damage deposit. This deposit will be charged to your payment method two days prior to your arrival. Rest assured that the deposit will be refunded up to 7 business days after your departure, provided no damages are reported.
