Situated on the 4th floor out of 5 floors of the penthouse/tower building of the Wailea Beach Villas Resort, Blue Ocean Suite H401 is not only stunningly gorgeous but is in one of the best locations in Wailea. This fully re-decorated and refreshed luxury residence is situated on the quiet side of the resort in a unique corner location with extra windows and a wrap-around L-shape outdoor covered lounging patio. This villa is far away from the family pool in a serene setting where birdsong and the rustling of palm tree fronds provides soothing tropical ambiance.

Within H401, there are three private bedroom suites (King, Queen, Queen), and three full bathrooms each with a tub and shower, with more than 2,200 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space.

Blue Ocean Suite has some of the largest state-of-art flat panel HD Sony 4K TVs cleanly wall-mounted with all wiring hidden in the walls. The Great room has a 75" Sony 4K TV, the ocean view master bedroom has a 65" Sony 4K TV, the second mountain view master bedroom has a 55" Sony 4K TV, and the third bedroom has 55" Sony 4K TV. The great room and all three bedrooms each have either HD cable boxes or DVRs along with 4K Apple TVs for streaming content. Each TV has 2nd tier digital package channel line-up each with premium channels like HBO and Showtime. The great room has an ocean view desk with a printer/scanner and a full array of office supply along with convenient charging stations.

The alfresco panoramic ocean view veranda has a stainless Viking gas grill and outdoor lounging furniture. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and is complete with a power juicing machine, espresso machine, coffee maker, coffee grinder, waffle maker, toaster oven, toaster, mixer, food processor, hot air popcorn popper, rice cooker, tea kettle, spices/herbs, assorted coffee beans, a full set of cookware, service ware, small devices, and other conveniences. - You will be a guest in a villa/apartment residential resort with a mix of permanent residents, part-time owner visitors, and vacationing visitors. The villas are fee simple condominiums with individual private owners. The on-site services are not intended to fully duplicate those of a luxury hotel. Valet parking and luggage service may be available only during limited hours in keeping with the residential character of the property.
- Supervision of children when using outdoor balcony/veranda "lanai" areas is required.

The resort's lower lobby lanai, located adjacent to the "family pool" and beneath the penthouse tower residences, is being renovated. There will be No Work taking place the week of U.S. Thanksgiving, Nov. 23rd - Dec. 1st. Intermittent tile cutting noise may heard near the site when new tile is set from approximately Dec. 2 - 16th. Dec. 17 - 23 is the project's expected punchlist review and site demobilization timeframe. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Noisy work is permitted only after 9:00 a.m.

Wailea Beach Villas is a private gated community for registered guests only. Each of our luxury villas has a stated maximum occupancy, detailed on PrivateParadiseVillas.com and in your Agreement. Friends and family staying elsewhere on island during your visit are not a part of your Agreement and the guest list, and therefore are absolutely prohibited from entering Wailea Beach Villas and using the common element facilities such as the pools and fitness center. In order to have your friends or family members enjoy vacationing with you, please inquire with us regarding the availability of any other additional Wailea Beach Villas to rent. All gatherings must be planned for locations other than within Wailea Beach Villas community property. Extra charges for excess occupancy and excess departure cleaning fees will be charged, if applicable, following any over-occupancy event. Resort management reserves the right to ask non-registered guests to depart the pool and property grounds immediately.

Was impressed with the mgmt team to react to anything that came up. We have stayed in the Cillas before and this was a perfect upgrade.

We had a fantastic time at this property, except for a few very noisy afternoons. The listing states there is some construction noise from time to time. The noise was so loud, you could not sit out on the deck at all. Crashing debris, large truck noises, people yelling. It is coming from The Grand Wailea, and it is directly next door to the condo. I contacted the property manager, and she was very apologetic, but there wasn’t, much she could do. She offered to contact the owner to see if we could get some refund, but I didn’t hear back. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but I would not recommend staying there as long as the construction is going on next door. The condo is beautiful and the management company was outstanding. We missed out on our ocean view deck for roughly 20 hours.(4 afternoons)., which is a lot considering the premium price.

The condominium was nice . Unfortunately owner and management company are not . My check out date was December 28, 2021. A day before checking out , I received and email with cleaning instructions for check out day . They stated that we must clean the place wash all dishes and utensils , etc … Me and my family spend couple of hours before checking out trying to leave everything as clean as possible I checked out on December 28, 2021 On January 5th 2022 I send a text message to concierge services asking for my deposit . Paige Beatyresponded and said it takes 14 to 30 days after check out for them to mail me a check for the deposit . On January 5th ,2022 I reached back to them asking for my deposit . They did not get back to me until January 8th saying that it was extra charges for cleaning and repairs and that my deposit will not be returned. I requested an itemized list and photos however They only send me a photo of the shower where it shows shampoo on shower wall. Of course that was part of the cleaning they need to do after a guest checks out . When I rented it say that cleaning fees was included. I paid over $9,000 nine thousand dollars for 4 nights. Since our flight departure was 9pm , I asked them if I could leave our luggage there while we waited for our departure. they said yes we could When complaining about my deposit they brought up the amount of luggage I had storage with them waiting for my departure time . They also said that I had more guests in the condominium than permitted which was a lie. We were a party of 6 in a 3 bedroom condominium . We did have family members picking us up from the parking garage to go places together but that was it . Upon my departure I left a Gucci and Michael kors watch that was never returned to me eventhough I told the concierge service about it. Overall, this place is managed by thieves who will make all kind of excuses and histories to avoid returning your deposit back This was supposed to be a family Christmas gateway and turned to be a nightmare with them Treating you with disrespect and unfairness
