BRAND NEW 3 bedroom condo in the heart of Hollywood centrally located near the cities most popular shopping and dining. Beautiful house between West Hollywood and Hollywood. Perfect location, walk able to malls, grocery stores, restaurants etc. couple blocks from Target, Starbucks, pharmacy, walk of fame, movie theater etc. Two car parking available and plenty of free street parking as well. The house is equipped with everything you need.
The Space:
This is one of the newest condos in town! All brand new building opened in 202, all brand new interior, appliances, furniture, decor, beds, mattress, furniture... everything brand new!
You are literally just a few minutes away from the Sunset Strip, Hollywood Blvd, 25 minutes to DTLA and 15 minutes to Beverly Hills.
The beds are comfortable and plush.

Please note that you may be asked to sign supplemental terms prior to entry of the property depending on the booking platform you are booking on. Signing these terms is required before entry is given. Additionally, you may be asked to pay for your credit card processing fee after booking.
In an effort to keep our properties in good condition and to maintain a peaceful presence within the neighborhood, we have a few rules in place. It is important to understand these, so please be sure to read the descriptions of each rule as well.
1) No parties. No visitors. All guest names must be submitted prior to booking. We may request a government-issued photo ID from the person who booked, plus everyone on the guest list.
2) No pets
We, out of principle, do not allow any pets.
3) No smoking, vaping, or the like

High Brush Fire Zone | Prevent Wildfires | It’s the LAW
You are in a high brush fire zone. Smoking outdoors or inside is strongly prohibited. We also prohibit the use of vapes, e-cigarettes, and the like. We have state of the art smoke detectors that are hypersensitive to all vapors and gases. If the alarms in these detectors are set off, then it will notify the fire department and we will be charged $500. And if we find out that the alarm was caused by some infraction of our rules, then the person who triggered the alarm will be charged $500.
4) Do not send mail to property before or after your reservation dates.
If you need mail delivered before or after your stay, then we can help. You may send it to our office. Then we can take your mail to the property for you on the day of your arrival. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or un-retrieved mail or packages.
6) Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00pm and 8:00am
Once again, this is to help us maintain the peaceful atmosphere for all of the guests at the property and a peaceful presence within the neighborhood.
Parking: Free space included in attached garage.
Pre-Stocking: Choose from our available pre-stocking options with at least one week's notice. A $75 service fee applies to all requests.
Day of Arrival:
During check-in, only the person who has made the booking can be checked in and only the person who has made the booking will be asked to confirm their identity by showing the host their physical ID. Again, this is to verify that the person who has arrived is, in fact, the person on the booking. So, please work with us as we follow our safety procedures and work to maintain a secure environment.
Check-In: We have a check-in window from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by our team. Please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. If you are arriving later than 6pm, please reach out to our team for approval.
Check-out: 10:00am.
Cleanliness:
We take our cleaning seriously. You can trust that our homes are thoroughly deep cleaned between guest visits. All of our homes have white hotel-style linens, white towels, toiletries for our guests, and well stocked kitchens with high-end appliances. Amid COVID-19, our cleaning intensified: surfaces wiped with hot water and disinfectants. All towels and linens washed, regardless of appearance; many hotels don't. Door handles and high-touch spots get extra care. Staff wears masks, gloves, and shoe coverings. Our exceptional cleaning surpasses CDC standards.
This property contains an exterior camera at the front door which is motion sensored and is active during guests stay.
When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee.

We had an amazing stay at this gorgeous house! It was impeccably clean and filled with wonderful amenities. The thoughtfully arranged coffee setup was a game-changer, saving us both time and money. The location was convenient, surrounded by fantastic food options. The host was not only prompt but also incredibly helpful. Highly recommend!

This property was exactly as described/pictured; super clean, well stocked and with a layout that worked well for our group of 5. Rooftop deck was great. The location was pretty walkable for grabbing essentials, and to Formosa Cafe, which was super fun, and a quick drive to UCLA and Universal and great restaurants. Recommend!

This place is great. Very modern, clean. Comfy beds. Full garage. Internet TVs in every room. One night we watched a movie together on the roof-top. Easy communication with the property manager. Nespresso coffee machine with pods there for use. Gas stove with equipped kitchen. Our previous place to stay fell through and finding this place was like a godsend. Be aware there are lots of steep stairs, with 4 floors, so may not be suitable for some. My 6 year-old had no trouble though. Also, when we were on the rooftop I could smell weed from the neighbors. Unfortunately, not something the owners can control. Inside with air conditioning, closed windows, I didn’t smell anything. 2 days on our trip we just hung out at “home” And this place felt like a great home-away-from-home. Shower was better then what I have at my home. :)

This is a 4 level townhouse on the eastern end of West Hollywood and was perfect for our 4 day visit. The pictures are accurate— it is immaculate. We had 2 crossover SUVs and both did not fit in the garage. Two smaller cars would fit. If stairs are a problem this property may not be a good fit. Kitchen and living room are on the 2nd floor.
Management company is well organized and responsive to all communication.

This is a wonderful property, it had everything we needed and was in a good location for us to visit our family here is Los Angeles. The unit itself is in a very secure location. I was very comfortable with my grandchildren staying here.

We loved this place and the location. Very clean, plenty of room, this place looks just like the photos on line. Having your private garage was a definite plus. The rooftop is also a great place to relax. Bedrooms are nice size and very private. We liked this house so much that we ended up extending our stay by 3 more day.

We were in LA for a week long business trip and could not have picked a better home to come back to after a long day at work. The townhouse was spacious, in excellent condition, spotlessly clean and stylishly decorated. The roof top patio was the perfect place to enjoy our morning coffee and after work bottle of wine. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were clean, modern, and well stocked. Kitchen was fully equipped and had the proper amount of plates, glasses and cutlery. We were two women and felt very safe in the home and in the neighbourhood. A special thank you to the Stay Awhile Villas team for great communication and for accommodating us on our very late check in. This will definitely be our go-to listing for our next trip to LA.

The property is the best ever. It has 3 bedrooms (each with its own private bathroom), rooftop relaxation area, a 4th bathroom, well-stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and garage. We definitely recommend it for anyone who has high standards for accommodations. You will not be disappointed. Be mindful about the check-in time frame, which is 4-6 pm.

Nice well appointed townhome within walking distance to Hollywood Walk of Fame, bars and dining. The bed was extremely comfortable although the sheets were not great (synthetic/polyester sheets, not real cotton). The roof deck was very relaxing and has a view of the Hollywood sign. The furnishings were excellent, very well decorated. They also include travel size toiletries which is a nice touch. The check-in process was easy, although I found it quite awkward that the management company felt the need to send a representative “to introduce themselves” after we arrived. It really just made me feel like they didn’t trust the guests. I would rent this location again, it was an excellent weekend in LA.

Great stay-beautiful property
Great property - check in process was easy. This property has everything you could need. Garage parking (small so don’t bring a big SUV), clean, laundry with detergent, stocked kitchen, ROKU TV so easy to pair all the streaming channels. Just a warning that the surrounding area is not unsafe but a little yucky. Lots of trash on surrounding streets but that is to be expected in lots of LA neighborhoods. Just couldn’t really take a pleasant morning walk. As long as you have a car all good! You can walk to the walk of fame from this location and a good jumping off point for many other things. (About 40 minutes to anything)
