Excellent location, literally 2 minutes from the quarter walking. Great three bedroom condo with large living room and kitchen area. Highly recommend if you're coming to the quarter.

We stayed as a part of our biannual guys trip. Awesome spot! Clean, safe and easy access to everything. The trolly was a short walk and you’re on the edge of the French quarter. Everything was walking distance and didn’t use a single Uber the entire weekend. The VRBO itself was awesome. Rooftop pool and bar downstairs. Super comfortable beds. Would 100% stay again.

property was awesome but if you need something from property manager good luck

The apartment was very comfortable. The best thing about this place was the location. We were able to walk to Burbon street and to Canal street. It's near the red and green lines as well. Some reviews mentioned that the area was loud but we never experienced that. Over all a great place to stay.

Everything was great, but the units need a dehumidifier to get all the moisture out of the air. The bed sheets, mattress and pillow cases retained the humidity in the air.

This was a great find and my friends and I really enjoyed our stay here! The check in process was super easy, the room itself was smaller than I thought but had three rooms so we were all able to stay together which was super nice! The location was perfect. Away from any crazy noise but close enough to walk everywhere. There is a bar in the hotel and we were regulars lol overall a great experience!

Great place to crash! Close to the Quarter and bus and tram lines. Clean and sufficiently furnished. (Suggestion: the fold-out luggage racks to hold suitcases since there are no dressers.)

The place was fantastic. Very clean upon arrival. Well stocked with towels and toiletries as well. Check in was a breeze. Will definitely repeat.

Have stayed with Sonder in multiple cities across the US and this is the first time I am only giving it a 3 star rating. Our apartment was not as pictured. We are a family of 5. The pictures online appeared to have 3 couches in the living room. Instead there was only one couch and 2 small kitchen chairs. We all couldn’t sit comfortably to watch the Olympics. 2 had to sit on the concrete floor. Also, I only rent places with a washer and dryer. We always fly and pack carry on luggage with a couple outfits. Intending to wash and wear a couple times. Our apartment had a dryer and a tub of laundry soap but no washing machine. Also, note the pool on the balcony is very very small. More like the size of a large hot tub. Lastly the master bathroom shower didn’t have hot water. Not sure why, the sink had hot water but not the shower.
The location is a nice walking distance to Bourbon St and French Quarters, so you don’t have to worry about trying to park on the narrow streets of NOLA.

Fantastic stay!
3 comfortable beds/2 bathrooms
Kitchen area- we only used the fridge & coffee maker- coffee provided!
Washing machine/dryer combo in unit- included pods!
Small living area with a couch and chair.
Just a few minute walk to Bourbon Street
The unit has very thin walls- people talking in hallway sounded like they were right in our room. Luckily we were there midweek when it wasn’t very busy so we heard minimal noises.
You walk through the Dovetail Coffee Shop/Bar to get to apartment hallway. Not really a big deal at all.
With check-in instructions you’ll get a passcode. There are 3 touchpads that will all use the same code: to get into the building (if the Dovetail is closed), to get into the apartment hallway from the Dovetail and into your unit.
We didn’t utilize the rooftop pool but it was a small, cute pool with lounge chairs.
Would stay here again!

Loved the location and figuring out parking was easy. The place was well stocked and the common area was fine for the three of us but having tvs in the bedrooms would have been nice.

The property had everything to make your stay easy: great amenities. Perfect location: we were at walking distance from Bourbon Street, the French Quarter …. A nice bar and a warm place on the first floor and a nice pool to enjoy. We had a 3 bedroom apartment with two full bathrooms. There is a parking garage across the street which was a plus for us. We will come again!

We loved the whole vibe of the place. Very clean, everything you need and space to put things. Bathroom counters were a bit small but nothing you couldn’t handle for small things. The Wine/Coffee place was convent and the frittata was yummy. We would definitely rebook this place.

The apartment was so clean and well maintained. The location was ideal for us to see the areas of the city we wanted.

This 3 bedroom apartment was ideal for our family. The kitchenette was perfect for having coffee in the mornings, and a large fridge for drinks and leftovers. The building was very secure and the parking lot was very bright so we didn't have to worry about vandalism. The location was only 3 blocks from Bourbon St so we walked everywhere we went for the French Quarter. Our family will definitely stay here again!

Great house; roomy , comfortable and well-furnished i would advise fixing the AC upstairs, and it made a lot of noise. Host was vey accommodating and helpful. I would stay here again.

I loved the apartment we stayed in. Everything was wonderful from the cleanliness of the apartment to the beds in each room being super comfy. The water pressure was also strong if that's something you look for like I do! I had a few questions and the staff was quick to respond and friendly. The only thing that would make this perfect would be if it was in the French Quarter. Also loved that there was not all these elaborate check out instructions. Basically get up and leave. It's not something you get a lot of these days.

No outdoor space information. All the rooms showed in listing where completely different from what was really there!!!

My family enjoyed out stay. Everything was nice, and as expected.

This was a perfect location to be close to the quarter but not right in the craziness that can be Bourbon St.
The entry door was frustrating, it would take 3-4 time to get it to actually open.

This is a great little place with everything you need to be comfortable for a day or week in New Orleans. Would recommend this to all my friends!

We spent a few days in New Orleans. Our staying in Sonder apartment was perfect. The location and well equipped apartment fulfilled our expectations. Thank you to give us some extra while we were in NOLA. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our stay was great. The location was great for my family. We were close to everything and parkiwas super easy.

Good location for visiting Bourbon Street. Good bar on first floor. Room was VERY loud. Theatre outside was loading equipment for hours late at night. Lots of loud car noise all hours. Floors very squeaky, little sound insulation in the building. Neighbor in building screaming/fighting?? Late into the night 2:30 a.m. Toilet in main bedroom did not flush, had to take lid off the tank every time to flush. Bathroom was also tiny, hard to get ready.

Folks weren’t especially loud, the walls are thin. Realized this when my family was having a conversation at a normal volume but I could hear nearly every word they said down the hall at the elevator.
Otherwise; great location especially for access to the streetcar lines and the French Quarter proper.
Unit was immaculate and had NOLA charm.

The building on the outside looked worn down. We thought the inside would look rough as well! The inside was BEAUTIFUL, clean, and smelled awesome💕. The only issue is the entrance door on the (bar side) got kinda stuck had to re-enter code than pull hard.

6 of us stayed 4 nights. We were all quite pleased with this rental and agreed that not only would we would stay there again, we would recommend it to our friends!

First two nights was amazing and then our AC went out. it was reported
so they delivered fans for the night. We were told someone would look at it the next morning so we asked to keep us updated. We got back later that evening to a 81° room. We had to call them to find out we was not going to have AC for the next 3 days in that room. We finally got moved from a 3 bedroom to a upgraded one bedroom with a pull out couch with a little reimbursement. When you're 6 ft 2"and 200 pounds pull out couches are not comfortable But we had a great time with our stay.

The unit was clean and had stocked with all we needed. Within walking location of lots of restaurants and attractions!

Right in the heart of downtown - only a few blocks to Bourbon St and within walking distance of many cool sights. Condo was clean and spacious. The only downside is that you have to find your own parking. We used the hospital parking garage located a few blocks away.

Horrible management team. Unresponsive. Simply don't care. Here are some details:
Cons (first and many) -
Toilet in condo did not fill properly due to a flapper not sealing. Called management. The answer was basically "we'll look into it." Called the next day, responded to texts...nothing. Never attended to. Never fixed. Had to manually operating the commode myself. Their solution after multiple complaints? "We'll let you check out and not pay for the rest of the stay if you like." There were other rooms available that they would not offer us. Unbelievably poor response when a simple visit from a handyman could have handled it. This is a health and sanitation issue.
Water pressure is almost a trickle. Full force water out of any faucet or shower head is a trickle. Ladies, good luck washing your long hair.
Elevator doesn't always work. Press your floor number. Elevator stops. Door remains closed, then moves on. Several guests commented on this. This is a safety issue. ADA issue.
Instructions for using PIN to enter the building were wrong.
Bedrooms were decorated like a prison cell.
Pros (one)
Common living room and kitchen area was stylishly decorated. They only care about Instagram.
Sonder has enough money to invest in properties and build a slick website. They don't have enough money to fix the plumbing. Good luck getting service should you stay in one of their properties.
4.0 / 5.0
Acceptable accommodations for our short two day stay. The primary expectation not met was water pressure in the unit. Upon reaching out, we were told there were other complaints from other units in the building and they were looking into the issue. Shower pressure was just ok; better than expected given kitchen and bathroom faucet/toilet flow. we found the dishwasher and clothes washer unusable due to low pressure. Maybe due to age and location of building. If so, you might want to include a ‘heads-up’ in your listing. I suppose early check-in fee is way to make more money, but think graduating fees for one and two hour earlier check-in went to an unnecessary extreme.
5.0 / 5.0
We loved the mixture of the old (brick walls, old wooden floors and large wooden beams) and the new or modern like the updated bathrooms and furnishings. There were 5 of us there and we all had plenty of space to enjoy the visit and each other. We were in the French quarters and within walking distance of all that we wanted to do and see. I would recommend this apartment to anyone that needs space for family and friends. We would stay here again. We loved the space.
4.0 / 5.0
The property is located by the Saenger Theatre, so lots of people in the evening and parking is expensive. One block off of Canal St. You have to leave the car and take the trolley or walk. If you move your vehicle, you will have to start over on parking and probably won't find another spot. The property building is clean and secure. The apartment was clean and the only noise is when they throw trash out at 2:00 AM, then you hear all of that.
They provide guests with laundry soap, dish soap, shampoo, shower gel. Dishes, glasses, pans. Entry is through a small cocktail lounge, there is a passage through. Not interrupting tables, etc. Wash/dry towels provided for your stay. Management communicates with you via text messaging. Oasis in the chaos of the French Quarter.
