The apartment is in a great location and is a historical site in and of itself. We were very happy with everything… the apartment is fabulous and comfortable. There are two bedrooms which are accessed by a very step set of stairs, which would be difficult for the elderly. The staff responded quickly to any issues. It was well worth the price, as I needed five bedrooms and baths.. two of the bedrooms had baths outside of their rooms (one of these bedrooms had a bathtub and the bathroom sinks in the actual bedroom) … my only complaint was the quality of the towels in each bathroom. They were old and very, very thin. They aren’t plush towels at all. I would recommend that the property manager invest in much nicer towels to compliment the beauty of the apartment. I would recommend this place but would ask for plush towels before you book.

Costaguti exceeds the mark in every category, from the luxurious appointments, amazing location, and outstanding communication and service from the property manager, the stay truly elevated our time in the Eternal City.
We traveled with a family of 10 (from ages 6-70). The apartment provided more than enough space for privacy, yet the multiple gathering areas allowed for family entertainment and quality time well spent.
From the beginning of the booking process, the Concierge, Brian, was fantastic to work with. There are many customizable experiences that you can elect to add to your stay. The cooking classes and breakfast preparations done by the extremely talented Chef Paolo, was a highlight of our time in Rome. Ewa, our concierge on property was extremely attentive during our stay, and a pleasure to have.

From the moment we arrived, Brian (the property manager) made our arrival seem less and tended to our needs immediately. Mornings entailed sipping a delicious espresso while listening to classical music, and people watching as you sit in the oversized window and gaze out over piazza Mattei. When we decided to leave the cathedral inspired property for walks and exploration, the property was very central to a lot of sites that were easily accessible by foot. We added a golf cart tour (organized by Brian), to see more sites in a shorter span of time, given the intense Rome summer heat. Returning to the well air conditioned property was a haven. Will ABSOLUTELY stay here again.

Utterly fantastic
Stayed at the property for 4 nights and wished we would have stayed longer. The apartment is fantastic and combined with the amazing service from Natalie and the central location made for a magical stay for my family. Natalie handled our concierge requests(ie arranging transport, etc) and was extremely attentive. Location cannot be beat (funnily enough, piazza meile outside the apartments front door was heavily featured in Woody Allen's "To Rome With Love" which we watched on the flight home). Overall fantastic and we will repeat.

Luxury Accommodations in an Excellent Rome Neighborhood
Costaguti provided our group of four with room to relax, a refuge from each day of sight-seeing, a central location to Rome’s best bars, restaurants and historical sites and concierge service to set up reservations for dinners and a day trip. The apartment, part of a remodeled palazzo, has soaring ceilings with frescos, gilded arches and gorgeous preserved architectural detail with all of the modern lighting and amenities you could want. There are five bedrooms, five full baths and one powder room affording a big group privacy from one another while the living room/ dining room combo and “hobby” room with billiards table, perfectly tuned guitar and well-stocked liquor cabinet provided multiple gathering areas for dining, lounging and fun. The kitchen was well-equipped and easy for us to cook our own meals on the days we did not dine out. Beds are firm, water pressure strong and we were able to adjust the temperature throughout to our comfort. The location was perfect! We walked to the Via del Corso, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo, The Forum, Palatine Hill, The Coloseum, The Pantheon, Campo di Fiori, Piazza Farnese and Trastevere. The sound system in the apartment was stellar and provided us access to Spotify to play whatever we liked. There is a TV in every bedroom as well as the living room, strong reliable WiFi, a sauna in one of the bedrooms as well as a washer/ dryer combo that worked great. My review cannot do justice to the majesty, luxury and comfort of Costaguti. None of us wanted to leave and neither will you! I highly recommend staying at Costaguti when you go to Rome....it’s a real treat!

Amazing Experience
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
The home is truly spectacular. The grandeur of the property is difficult to put into words. The detail in each room more beautiful then the next. Absolutely breathtaking! The view of the square and fountain just below was magical. It is also clean, well equipped, air conditioned (much appreciated at the end of July) and in the perfect location.
The service received during our stay was impeccable. Brian and Luca were outstanding hosts! Everything we asked for was taken care of...even last minute requests and/or on-the-spot needs were arranged...including obtaining hard to get entrance tickets, private tours, dinner reservations, private day trip to Tuscany, in home gelato making class (a must do with kids!) and even a specific request for a Ducati motorcycle ride with guide.
Our stay was truly an experience and one we will never forget. We hope to return soon.
Thank you for your hospitality and making us feel at home.
Until next time...Ciao
