All conveniences have been carefully considered as there is underfloor heating throughout the ground floor space and a further cloakroom in addition to the first floor shower room. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms and a further bedroom with single bed. The shower room with large walk-in shower is Jack and Jill style and accessed through the double bedrooms.

Outside, the garden is mainly laid to lawn with some pretty borders and has a patio area for al fresco dining. The garden is fully enclosed making it an ideal space for children to play or your four-legged friend to stretch their legs. There is parking to the rear of the property for two small cars.
