Located in the town of Roses, in the north-east of Spain, the villa 'Casa con Vistas al Mar Costa Bra' offers an excellent view of the sea. The 2-storey villa is 65 square meters in size and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in the living room, a washing machine as well as a satellite television.
The villa boasts a private outdoor area with garden furniture, an open terrace and a balcony. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool, is also available for your use.
The beach Platja de Canyelles Petites is just 4 minutes away by car (1.4 km). An array of restaurants, bars, cafés and supermarkets can all be reached in under 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot (1 km). The nearest airport, Aéroport Sud de France Perpignan, is just over the French boarder and can be reached in an hour and a 15 minutes by car (83 km).
Parking spaces are available on the property.
Check-in can be done later, however the check-out must be before 10am.

Pros: Boligen var god med en skøn udsigt. 15 min at gå til en skøn strand og gode vandreture ved bla cap des creux og med båd til de omkring liggende bugter og vandre hjem. Tæt på Dali museer.

Pros: Excellent place to go for a relaxing week. Villa ideal for us, enjoyed barbecues on the balcony. What a view! Followed the Dali trail - museum and house. Location good for a bit of exercise climbing the hills, but well worth it for the feeling of week-being.

Pros: We really enjoyed staying at Villa Buraux. Sonia and Vincent were friendly and professional from the moment we started the enquiry process until the day we checked out. The Apartment is in a quiet location with the most magnificent views over the beach and the sea. We were close enough to the town center for shopping and restaurants. It was really good to come back to the apartment and its stunning views after a day exploring the area. The Apartment has its own private parking which is really necessary in this town.

Pros: Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans cette agréable villa. Avec magnifique vue, calme,propre... L'appartement répond parfaitement aux attentes. Les propriétaires très gentils et toujours à l'écoute. Je recommande vivement.

Pros: Aufenthalt in Villa 18 sehr genossen! Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, sehr sauber, gepflegt und mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht. Highlight ist der Standort und der traumhafte Blick auf die Bucht. Herauszuheben ist der tolle Kontakt zum Vermieter. Sonia war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.

Pros: Cette petite maison est parfaite pour notre famille de 4. Le lieu est calme est reposant, la vue à tomber par terre. Rien ne manque dans la location et les propriétaires sont très agréables et aux petit soins pour rendre votre séjour super agréable. Je recommande vivement.

Pros: Nous avons passé un super séjour au sein de cette maison. La vue sur mer est magnifique, le voisinage très calme, la piscine très agréable. Les propriétaires sont des gens attentifs au bien être de leur locataires, toujours disponible et prêts à résoudre de suite le moindre souci. Je recommande vivement cette location😊

Pros: Wir haben bei unserer Buchung dieser Ferienwohnung nichts falsch gemacht. Top Aussicht! Besonders empfehlenswert: die Ausfahrt der Fischerboote morgens um ca. 7 h Großes Lob an unsere Gastgeber Sonia und Vincent.

Pros: Wir waren ausgesprochen angetan ! Nach den schon sehr schnell und super freundlich gestalteten Mailkontakten, waren wir sehr gespannt auf die Ferienwohnung und wurden nicht enttäuscht ! Alles war wunderbar gerichtet , auch der tägliche Treppenanstieg konnte uns nicht wirklich schrecken. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und wünschen uns mehr davon ! Pros: Wir haben als Familie in Roses Urlaub gemacht. Es war wie beschrieben. Die Unterkunft ist hell und geräumig. Sehr sauber und ruhig. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft. Unsere Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich gewesen . Man fühlt sich rundum richtig wohl.

Pros: Cette villa est un vrai bijou niché dans une résidence très calme à cette période! Propre, extrêmement bien équipée et aménagée, il y a tout le confort nécessaire pour y passer d'excellentes vacances! Le panorama est à s'émerveiller à chaque seconde! Vous l'avez compris, je signe et je resigne pour y séjourner de nouveau! Ce sera d'ailleurs l'occasion de revenir y faire les nombreuses activités à proximité. Attention toutefois..si vous n'êtes pas trop courageux comme nous ..voiture impérative..! Merci au professionalisme des propriétaires!

Pros: Kleine schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Blick auf die Bucht und den Strand von Canyelles. Gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Auch im Oktober eine tolles Reiseziel. Für Kind und Hund eine tolle Gegend um sich zu bewegen und alles zu erkundschaften. Der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern war immer freundlich und herzlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder. :)
