Pros: Stort hus, topp beliggenhet i Gamlebyen. Huset var utstyrt med alt man trengte under en ferie. Eier hadde laget en veldig informativ og god hjemmeside med info om huset. Likevel var eier lett tilgjengelig om man hadde spørsmål. Kort vei til strand, restauranter, barer og butikker.
Cons: Noe støy på nabotomta. Oppføring av nytt hus.

Pros: Central accommodation in the beautiful coastal town of Estepona which has everything within a few hundred meters radius.
The apartment located in the old town of Estepona worked perfectly for us, nine happy golfers from Jämtland, Sweden. The accommodation is spacious with its 250 sqm, and has two showers as well as three toilets to share.
We managed our price ceremony either on the well-equipped outdoor terrace or inside the living room which easily accommodates 14 people. Food and beverages were taken either on the terrace on their own or at one of the 50's restaurants which are in a radius of 300 m.
We easily got to the golf courses in a rented minibus which we parked about 5 mins from the apartment. The area around the apartment is car-free and therefore very quiet and nice but still close to everything.
We are coming back!

Pros: Our second time in Estepona and in this beautiful house.
We are a group of friends traveling to play golf and cook dinners together. This house is perfect offering 5 bedrooms, a spacious living room and for us a large farm style kitchen. Interior is nice and all is well planned. Best of all is the big sun deck/rooftop with both a grand dining table and sofas.
We just love this place and will keep on going.
Almost forgot, it’s perfect situated a block from many nice restaurants and two blocks from the beach. Just perfect!

Pros: We spent a week in this big townhouse in Estepona. Close to beach, restaurants and car parking. We made breakfast in the kitchen and had dinners out. Place is lovely. Terrace is huge! Unless you have a wheel chair, I would recommend this to everyone.

Pros: La casa Manuel es estupenda para ir con un grupo grande porque dispone de 5 habitaciones muy amplias. El sitio es súper céntrico al pueblo y a la playa, muy buena ubicación. Una única pega es que para personas mayores el acceso de escalera desde la calle resulta difícil.

Nice view in the old town and house very well located close to the beach and All shops.
If you need to park your car It can be expensive if you Park close to the house.
Phone system to enter into the house can be difficult to open the door !

Pros: We where staying in La casa de Manuel over new year with friends and family. Wonderful house with a lot of space för everyone (we where 8 adults and three children), very comfortable beds, perfect kitchen where we could cook together and just a couple of minutes from the beach and all the restaurants in old town. AIso smart that we could open the door with our mobile phone so nobody needed to carrie around the keys.
