With its large living area, you can easily and comfortably share meals as well as moments with family and friends in this villa. The spacious living room has two comfortable sofas facing the fireplace and a large table for up to 10 people to enjoy lunch.
The villa is on two floors and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms and a bathroom are on the first floor, forming a master suite, and there is also a relaxation area.
The advantage of this villa is its 5th bedroom and 4th bathroom accessible from the outside, making this space totally independent, ideal for more tranquillity.
Located in the village of La Vigne, you can easily access its dynamic and family beach as well as its Port on foot or by bike. You will also have all the amenities close to the Cabane de la Vigne to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
You will also find yourself less than 10 minutes by bike from the charming village of L'Herbe and its oyster farming village.
The stay fees included in the rate cover a welcome kit, the complete provision of bed linens, a mid-week cleaning service for your comfort, as well as an end-of-stay cleaning to ensure everything is in perfect condition upon your departure. For each additional week, an amount of €740 will be added, covering the weekly renewal of bed linens and the cleaning service. This amount should be paid directly to HOME ME (for you).
A security deposit of €5000 is required, either by check provided on the day of arrival or by bank transfer received no later than the day before the guests' arrival.
Villa Cabane de la Vigne comes with HOME ME (for you) concierge services. A personal assistant is at your disposal before and during your stay. Would you like to hire bikes or take a boat trip? Your Personal Assistant will take care of all your requests and organise your tailor-made holiday.
