Located on the GR34 coastal path, a few meters from the beaches, this contemporary house welcomes you for your holidays with family or friends.

It can accommodate up to 6 people and has a beautiful, bright living room, a separate, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and 3 bedrooms, all with access to a terrace and a sea view that allows you to admire the Bay of Pouldu and the Island of Groix. You can enjoy this view from the garden too!

For your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided, wifi, baby equipment available, everything is there for a most pleasant stay!


The house :
With a surface area of 123 m², the house Les Chardonnerets is spread over 2 levels and is composed as follows:

On the ground floor:
- A beautiful, bright living room of approximately 50 m², arranged in an L-shape, where the TV lounge area and the dining area with a country-style dining table are combined. Tiles, wooden or rattan furniture and a fireplace bring charm and conviviality to this room.
- A separate, modern and fully equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, food processor, multi-function food processors, toaster, kettle, coffee machines (piston, electric, capsule), etc. There is another dining table.
- Separate toilet with a washbasin.

On the first floor:
- A nice resting area on the mezzanine, with a sofa, a bookcase, a TV and a baby bed.
- 3 double bedrooms (2 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds), each with access to the terrace from where you have a superb sea view. East facing, it is the ideal place to have breakfast thanks to its garden furniture.
- A bathroom with a bath/shower, a washbasin, storage space, a towel dryer, a hair dryer and some toiletries (soap).
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
The enclosed garden of 500 m² has garden furniture, parasol, table and chairs and a barbecue to enjoy a good meal while contemplating the sea.

The accommodation is located in a quiet and pleasant area, on the corner of two streets reserved for residents, one of which leads to the slipway and the other to the beach. You will find all the necessary amenities in the centre of Clohars-Carnoët: bakery, butcher's shop, mini-market, shops, restaurants, bars...

- Port of Doëlan located at 5,4 km (9 min by car).

Activities :
If the town centre is inland, its two small ports have made the reputation of Clohars-Carnoët. Le Pouldu, located at the mouth of the Laïta, is surrounded by beautiful sandy beaches. At the other end of the commune is the port of Doëlan, which can easily be walked around. For hiking enthusiasts there is the famous GR 34, but the inland area also offers many possibilities. The forest of Carnoët and the abbey of Saint-Maurice will seduce lovers of wooded nature.The diversity of landscapes around Clohars is not the only wealth of the region. In the summer, you can take advantage of numerous cultural offers such as the animations proposed by Les sorties de bain, every Sunday in Le Pouldu. A newcomer to the festival scene, the Rias takes place in the Quimperlé area at the end of August. Street theatre is in the spotlight and all performances are free! Lorient being 20 kilometres away, the Interceltic Festival finally resounds throughout the region with the sound of bombards and other bagpipes.
