I can’t say enough about this experience! From questions being promptly answered prior to booking, during booking and during stay to the kindness and willingness of the owners to make it the best experience ever. The place was clean, spacious, and had everything we possibly needed with extra things provided at request. The pool was perfect for some relaxing days hanging out with friends and family. It really felt like an oasis with the trees and greenery and the waterfalls into the pool running. The house was perfectly located. We were 15 minutes from downtown, USF, and the airport and minutes from many grocery options and restaurants.

The house was spacious, clean and had eveything we needed. The pool was clean. We had a great time in the pool. The owner left us a very nice welcoming note on the kitchen tables along with a bottle of wine that we enjoyed. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Tampa, Fl Area

Ten sisters and friends celebrated an 80th birthday with a getaway to Tampa. The house was perfect! Clean, well stocked with plenty of room to congregate. We enjoyed the park like backyard and pool. The furnishing were beautiful and we were impressed with Yuly's art work. We highly recommend Sandy's Getaway!

From the second we booked the stay through check-out, Yuly provided the best customer service. We stayed at this location for a family wedding, and this house provided a great place to share with 5 adult couples. The layout was great to provide plenty of space to spread out or gather together. The pool was always warm, and the pool crew showed up frequently to make sure the pool was in tip top shape and clean for the duration of our stay. The outdoor patio provided plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy the sun or shade. There were plenty of pool towels, inflatables, noodles and toys. The patio also had a gas grill, cooler, and an outdoor tv. They even had a cooler and lawn chairs if you wanted to go to the beach! The kitchen had a large assortment of cookware and appliances like an air fryer and coffee maker. They truly thought of everything in this house to make you feel like you are right at home. We hope to stay here again in the future. Thank you Yuly, for your quick response to every request and for always keeping us informed when the pool/ maintenance team would be visiting.

Second time we have stayed long term. Yuli and Marie are quick to respond, friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The house is comfortable with everything you might need on hand. Outside area is roomy, well equipped and just plain fun. Hoping for another time to be there.

Our family came into town for 5 days for my son's wedding in Tampa. There were 14 of us that stayed. The house was perfect for us and very comfortable with plenty of room. We did enjoy the heated pool! Host was quick to respond to any questions. Definitely would stay again!

The pictures do not do the home justice. The house is gorgeous both inside and out. Host made sure we had everything from plenty of towels to seasonings in the pantry. Home had coffee pot, toaster, air fryer, etc. Property was clean and pool cleaned a few times during the stay. Host checked in with us to ensure we didn’t need anything. Will book anytime I’m in the area. We loved it!

We had 10 adults and a one year old coming in from 4 states for USF Graduation. This home was perfect for all of us. The pool was beautiful and enjoyed by all! The owners reply VERY quick if anything is needed! We would definitely stay here again when in Tampa with a group!

This house is Amazing! We had a "Grammy's, Mom's and Kids" weekend planned with a 7 month old, 4 year old and 5 year old. Each parent had their own room, which was Fantastic! There were plenty of bathrooms which was very important! We spent a day at Busch Gardens and a day at the Florida Aquarium. Both were conveniently located to this house. The pool was great too! Definitely a 5 star property!

We had a group of 8 stay here for a week in March. Grandma and grandpa, family of 4 with kids 11 and 13, and also another couple and there was plenty of room for everyone. Lots of TVs in the facility and excellent TV programming. House was very clean, neighbourhood is quiet. Lots of room in the driveway. We had 2 cars. Pool is nice and warm. There is a lot of foliage in the area so leaves fall in the pool. They had a pool man come and clean it multiple times during our stay. It was no trouble at all. We will definitely rebook this great location.

The house was great. Enough room for us 5 adults and 2 teenagers to not be on top of each other. The kitchen has everything you could ask for! We had a convention at Bush Gardens and it took less than 15 minutes to drive there! Food and stores right around the corner! My only complaint was the water temperature, just never seemed to be hot enough. However this would not stop me from recommending this home away from home. Because my idea of “hot” may not be yours!

This place was perfect for our family vacation! Plenty of room for everyone-there were 9 of us! The kitchen is huge and the dining table fit all of us. The family room was spacious-TVS in each room helps when everyone wanted to watch their shows. The outdoor pool area was absolutely the right space! We had plenty of lounge chairs, tables to play games, TV, the pool was used constantly! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Our family of 9 enjoyed a week in the house it was well stocked and had plenty of room for everyone. Check in was very easy. Loved the outdoor space with the heated pool. Very close to Bush Gardens and the Zoo. It was darn near perfect.

This property exceeded our expectations. The house was very clean, more space than we imagined. Perfect for our party of 9. We still had plenty of room to move around. The hosts were amazing. They accommodated our request for early arrival, responded immediately to emails, and checked to make sure any concern was taken care of. The house was beautiful. It is in a area that you can find anything from grocery stores, to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. I would definitely book with them in the future.
