Impressive walk score of 96, just one block off Broadway where you can find a multitude of restaurants, cafes and bars, yet tucked away on a quiet st, the best of both worlds! Enjoy our comfortable mattress, high-end furniture and fully equipped kitchen, fast internet speed up to 400 Mbps! Stroll to the beautiful Volunteer Park just a few mins from the home and enjoy a lovely walk with your pups! 5mins to downtown Seattle, 9 mis walk to Link Light rail, free street parking available!
The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is 900 sqft. This is a 4 story townhome (including the rooftop) with no step at the entrance. The townhome complex is located off to a side street away from the main road, ensuring a quiet stay.

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**Additional Info About the Home**
• This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout.
• Parking: the home does not have dedicated parking. We provide a city-issued guest parking permit for free street parking. Do note that Capitol Hill is a densely populated area so street parking is first-come-first-served and can be hard to find depending on the time of day. Paid public parking is available directly across the street from the townhome complex for a guaranteed spot.
**About Fees & Pricing**
• The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
• Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome at $50 per pet. Please let us know if you’ll be bringing your pet and how many. Pet fee is not included in the VRBO total and is processed after reservation is confirmed.

• This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.

Couldn’t get heaters to work, blinds in both bedrooms were no conducive to a good night sleep due to the blinds no being blackouts in the top floor and the air conditioning unit in other bedroom.

Let me start by saying this townhouse is IMMACULATE. If I could give it 6 stars, I wouod. It is well appointed, well stocked, beautifully decorated, cozy, welcoming, comfortable, and amazing walking distance to so much stuff.
While this place would be great for families with older kids, I wouldnt recommend it for younger kids. My two are 5 and 2. And we spent a lot of our time chasing the younger one around keeping him off the stairs and from playing with the oven.
Also, I was really concerned intially by being contacted by a 3rd party outside of VRBO (Betterstay). But I am here to validate that they are a legit rental company 😂 Our host was super responsive when we had questions about parking too.
Again - this condo is spectacular. It had every gadget in the kitchen you could want. Dang near a full on bistro bar, high end touches like electric blinds, USB outlets every where. Just all kinds of special details every where you look. The roof top patio was so nice to have snacks. I would rebook this property 100 times over.

Absolutely loved all the amenities at this property felt like there was enough of everything. My only complaint would be the parking. We got a permit for our car but a few occasions had to park pretty far away unless you want to pay for parking across the street $30 for 24 hours. Other than that, everything was great, lots of wonderful places to walk to weather permitting.

We had a lovely visit to Seattle and thoroughly enjoyed staying in this unit. Joanne's communication was excellent and we found everything we needed in this property and charming neighborhood. Thanks for a great visit! Definitely recommend this property.

We live in Vegas. We were looking for someplace cool with a cool adventure. We rented a hot tub boat. It was fabulous. The condo is lovely.
The neighborhood other than a very large number of not just homeless I’ve always lived in big cities I get it…
But these were fairly aggressive. Absolutely batshit nuts.
They kind of got in our face a couple of times. Other than that a perfect stay

The house was in a great location and very well equipped. The only downside was the weather, which I understand VRBO doesn’t currently have control over. We were hoping to escape the Texas heat and get in a lot of walking but the high 80s temperatures kept that to a minimum.

The home was clean and well equipped. Every appliance/device had clear instructions close by so we were able to use everything in the home without any confusion. The owner was very responsive and all of the information about the home and surrounding area was accurate. We would certainly book again if the opportunity arose.

The apartment was very clean, well-furnished, and modern. Nice privacy with bedrooms on separate levels. Renters need to be aware that there are steep stairs to get to bedrooms and bathrooms. Not for everyone!

We had 2 adults and 3 teenagers and everyone loved this place and our location. Parents could walk to Volunteers park - teens could get coffee and go thrifting. The layout meant everyone had their own space. Joanne has anticipated everything and we had a great stay.
