About this house rental

Enjoy this spacious, updated and cozy home tucked away on a private street. It features a spacious living room with a Smart TV, newly updated galley kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, and a spacious primary bedroom with ensuite bath and 2 closets. The home is pet friendly, has super-fast fiber internet, has AC and lots of parking spaces including a garage for use. 3 minute walk to Rainier Beach light rail station, easily explore Seattle!

The home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and is spacious at 1500 sqft. This is a 2 story single family home with 2 steps to entrance.

**Floor Plan**
• First Floor: Living room with smart TV (Netflix already signed in), twin-sized futon, dining room, kitchen, half bathroom, access to outdoor patio and half bath. Living room closet also has a separate queen inflatable mattress.
• Second Floor: Primary bedroom (king bed with ensuite bath and 2 closets), 2 bedrooms (queen bed in one and 2 twin beds in the other), hallway bathroom with tub & shower combo. laundry.

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.

**Additional Info About the Home**
• The fireplace and the in-built safe in the primary bedroom are not functional and are not advertised for use.
• We do not provide propane for the grill in the backyard. There is propane available for sale from nearby grocery store or gas station.

**About Fees & Pricing**
• The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 9 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
• Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome at $50 per pet. Please let us know if you’ll be bringing your pet and how many. Pet fee is not included in the VRBO total and is processed after reservation is confirmed.

**House Rules**
• This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

This place was perfect for an overnight trip to see the Mariners at T-Mobile. Train station is a short walk and the place was immaculate and very comfortable. Lots of parking in a quiet neighbourhood. We loved it.

House was well equipped. Very clean. A little noisy. Close to train and highway. Great location to AP and Seattle center. Great for our family. Thanks for nice place to stay.

We enjoyed having the space for our teens to have their own rooms. House was very clean and communication was good. Would recommend a few more drinking glasses but really that is only thing we noted. We enjoyed our stay!

Very easy to get to from the airport and quick walk to the light rail. We loved the location and it fit our family of 5 very well. We would stay here again. Very clean and secure but easy access to the property.

We enjoyed our stay very much. They had all the essentials available, like soaps, spices, coffee, a few misc things and condiments, which was nice. TV had several streaming services available. Rooms were clean, pillows were fluffy. Easy to get to and 3 parking spaces available. Great price. Would definitely stay there again.

Band stayed here for a few nights between shows in Seattle/Bellingham/Tacoma. Nice place, out of the way, quiet. Good communication with owners. No problems.
