Comfortable and efficient lodging for visits to Lakeland. Bit of a hike to downtown for older or those less inclined to walk a fair bit.
Easy, clean, fair priced lodging.

Very clean place with new appliances and friendly owner. Perfect for us.

Property was as described. Location perfect for our needs. Staff was friendly. Communication with the host was good. Having the staff coming and going daily to the supply building was a little unusual.

I purchased a 3-inch memory foam for the futon and my mom said it was so very comfortable everything is nice and new in the apartment the only thing I would suggest is getting a K-Cup maker instead of the old school coffee machine. We bought K-Cups with us. Also I would suggest putting one or two extra garbage bags under the sink. Excellent communication with owner

Visiting family
We were visiting family in Lakeland and the 1 bedroom met our needs. My only suggestion would be to possibly consider adding another chair in the sitting area and a small ottoman. Futon was a bit uncomfortable for just sitting. Also a couple chairs to sit outside in the yard.
Overall, a very good experience. Thank you!

Place is very neat, tidy, clean and new. Bed was very comfortable with hotel quality linens. Bedroom was a great size. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to cook with. Bathroom was large and very clean and a new bar of soap was made available. Hotel quality towels and smelt very clean and fresh. Dish soap was there to use. It was very nice to have a washer and dryer and it’s brand new. This place was very close to some amenities and very close to Lake Morton which was very beautiful.
Hosts were not friendly or welcoming. Questions were answered but not friendly at all. I had to send an email late day of arriving which was promised to be emailed with the code in the morning, luckily they answered the email promptly, which wasn’t the case when enquiring about this property. Couch is very uncomfortable to sit on, even though it’s new. Air conditioner is old and loud. Bedroom door wouldn’t stay open, we had to put a stopper with a plastic bag. Bedroom temperature was not very well controlled. Sometimes very hot, sometimes very cold. Register was in the ceiling and we couldn’t control the temperature ourselves. There was a fabric/wooden skirt around the mattress. The foot of the bed piece kept falling down on one corner. Bathroom light when turned on played a very annoying tune. No towel bar to hang a hand towel. First night there we were woken up by a loud crash from front apartment and then some loud voices at 3 am. This was very troubling especially first night. Guessing the front apartment bathroom was next to our bathroom because we could hear their toilet flush through the wall. Had no idea if the hosts lived in apartment up front or if it too was a rental. Was just given a phone number to contact if we had any issues. There was no detergent for the washer and no dryer sheets for the dryer. In order to use these appliances, would have been helpful to have access to a couple of washer pods and a couple of dryer sheets. Therefore couldn’t even use it if wanted to. The backyard was nice and clean but no chair, bench or table to sit at so didn’t get to enjoy that at all.

Small, clean, just fine.
The place was freshly painted and clean. Pictures of property were true-to-life. I am concerned that if the weather were warmer, the window ac unit in the living area would not adequately cool the bedroom.
