Enjoy this 1bedroom, 1bathroom with waterfront views, located on the lower level with a balcony overlooking the seasonal pool. Our bedroom features a queen bed, a queen size sleeper sofa, with a full bathroom, and an electric fireplace in the living room.
The open concept living space, entails a kitchenette with a mini fridge, stovetop with 2 burners and a microwave. Seating for 6 is available with a kitchen table and bar seating.
The living room has seating for up to 5 guests, with an electric fireplace to warm and create ambiance. . And don't forget to enjoy the balcony as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.

The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 48 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Reviewer Comments: Weve been coming toCharleviox for 50 years, first stayed at Young’s State Park in our Airstream trailer, next years stayed at the marina in our boat, spent many days out on the lake fishing, loved standing out by the lighthouse, and watching the freighters coming into round lake, We could almost reach out and touch them, next in our motorhome staying in the areas great rv resorts, I chose Edgewater because we could sit on the balcony and watch the boats going in and out bringing back years of memories. I asked if they could put rose petals in the bedroom as a surprise for my wife and they delivered. Rose petals and candlelight greeted us as we entered the unit and my wife loved it. The unit was clean and the view was great. We only wish the bed was a bit more comfortable but no bed is as comfortable as your own. We were able to walk the city without having to drive anywhere. Within 20 minutes of Petoskey as well. I highly recommend to stay here.

Loved the overall atmosphere of the condo. Would have been nice to know spa and pool under maintenance for some time juding by the signs that were up. Room and rest of the facility clean. Would stay again if hot tub was working.

Excellent condo, great location, limited desk services and unit does not have extra blankets or towels. Needs dish towels and dish cloths. Would be nice to have some spices and coffee in the condo since cooking there is an option. An absolutely lovely, accessible unit to stay in.

We came into town for a wedding and we’re able to get a unit with an amazing view of the water . Our friends were staying at other places and came over to spend time in our unit . It was spacious and had all the necessities we needed . The only comment I can make is the building / unit had an odor to it that set off a migraine and unfortunately instead of being able to explore the town before the wedding I had to spend it in bed sick . I’m not sure if it’s the building itself or the cleaning products but that we be the only improvement or concern I can make. Thank you for the beautiful accommodations. We have told our family and friends about it !

The property was accurate to listing. Very clean and well appointed. Quiet location in walking distance of town - with strict rules, which made it perfect for our weekend stay. Bed is firm. Cook surface is small but works well. Nice big bathroom, except I was disappointed there wasn’t a hair dryer. The balcony is really great, but even if chilly you can see the water well from inside. Fireplace a plus! Wi-fi was a little spotty, and interrupted a movie too often… we wouldn’t have bothered except it was cold when we where there. I would return.

Place was nicely decorated and clean. View was beautiful! Bed was comfortable. We were disappointed that the hot tub wasn't working:( I asked before booking and when we got there but when we went down to the pool area there was a sign saying "no working" . But other than that our stay was great.
