Great cottage. Just as described. We loved it. But with one caution: It's located on a busy street with a LOT of vehicle noise - including ALL NIGHT LONG. If you’re sensitive to noise or a light sleeper like me, you'll have to close all the doors in the front & sleep in the back. If you're like my wife and noise doesn't bother you, you won't even notice it.

The house is so cozy and decorated so cute! There is a small fenced yard, which is convenient if you travel with your dogs The houses right on Main Street in downtown Tomball so close to all the restaurants and nightlife. You are also within 10 min of 99 and also beltway 8, so very convenient if you were traveling to Houston. I lived in the Tomball Magnolia area for 30+ years and this visit was to see family and friends

This place was so conveniently located,cute,spacious ale just awesome!! The host was helpful and prompt! Every thing we needed was in the home including lots of spices for cooking.

Great little getaway with a cozy cottage feel. I loved the coffee bar and ample supply of pillows and blankets for the chilly nights. The property is shared with a few other detached residences and faces a busy street, so it gets noisy at times. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Stay was great! Upon arrival there was a wasp nest and it was tended to immediately by the homeowners. The setup was perfect, good sized bedrooms, very clean home with a huge living area to relax, quiet back yard and lots of snacks! Everything was perfect! Thank you!

Truly a little eclectic gem. The little house was actually quite spacious. The farmhouse decorations were absolutely adorable. My fur babies loved the doggy door.

We had a very good time staying in Tomball ! My cousin lives in Houston and we came down to visit for the week! We had a great time! Also I loved how I could bring my dogs! That was one of my favorite parts of staying in this home the doggy doors were amazing and my dogs loved them! We even got to watch a storm and the electric went out for a couple hours but we survived! Thanks again for letting us stay

We loved our stay here. The host is friendly, the home is comfortable and inviting. I ended up not bringing my pup along, but if I had, there was a perfect setup with a pet bed, a crate, and a fenced in back yard. Highly recommend

This house was so much better than staying in a hotel. We’re in Tomball frequently for baseball and decided to give this property a try. I’m glad we did! We’ll definitely be looking to book again in the future.

Great location in downtown Tomball. Within walking distance to a few restaurants, & venues. The house is decorated so cute, & felt like home. The host provided a lot of extras that not all properties have. For example, she left a basket of snacks. Also love that it’s pet friendly. Cute fenced in yard behind the house, & skis had a sitting area off the sitting area between the kitchen & the rest of the house.

This property was just what we needed for our visit to Tomball! Walking distance to Old Town Tomball, Farmers Market , antique shops. House was clean, cozy and decorated beautiful Farmhouse Style which I loved ! Thank you Again 🙏😍

The house sits right on a four lane highway and it took a while to get use to the noise but on the other hand it was close enough to walk to the many restaurants and shops in town. It was very well stocked with things you need for your stay.

My husband and I stayed at the cottage for two weeks and cooked most meals at the cottage. The cottage was very clean and accurately portrayed in the VRBO listing. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking essentials, i.e. utensils, glass ware, pots and pans, spices, cooking oil, an assortment of convenience foods. There were plenty of linens and towels. The cottage is equipped with a washer, dryer, and laundry supplies. The beds were comfortable. There are two comfortable sitting areas, we spent many evenings relaxing on the sectional. Jennifer, the host, was super responsive to questions and requests. Only draw backs, no dishwasher which was not a big deal for just the two of us. Also, the bathroom has one vanity and the commode is not in a separate enclosure. It was manageable for the two of us to share. The cottage is on a fairly busy street, so there is some road noise during the day, but it quieted down by the time we went to bed, so it didn't interrupt our sleep. There a few different fenced sitting areas outside, as well as a gas grill that we utilized a few times.

Lovely experience, quaint accommodations, everything needed and more, clean, only concern would be busy location, heavy traffic.

This is a great little house in the heart of Tomball. It is more spacious than I thought and it was great having all the amenities of home while traveling.

We stayed in this adorable 30’s house while visiting the grandkids. It was so nice to have such a cozy private place and within walking distance to great antique shops and restaurants (Bonfire was our favorite)! We will be staying again before long!

This is an adorable home located right in the middle of everything. Jennifer made me feel so welcome starting from booking until check-out. The house is fully stocked with anything you could ever need while traveling. I have now found my home away from home when I travel to Tomball!!

We love this house!

Worked perfect for our quick getaway. House was very well stocked which I wasn’t expecting. From kitchen to the bathroom everything you needed was there. AC worked great despite of the heat and humidity. Our dogs enjoyed the outdoor areas and the hardwood floors for sure. Would highly recommend!

My wife and I had a wedding in Magnolia and we decided on this property and we are very glad we did! Very pretty home and great location! Super easy process throughout! 10/10 would recommend and hope to get to return some day!

This property was excellent for my family! It was centrally located with easy access to the ballparks, shopping and eating! The fenced in back yard was great for our fur baby! We would stay here again if back in Tomball!

A little bit of communication issues with VRBO, but the house was wonderful. Nicely decorated and stocked. Great location. Definitely would recommend.

Was in town for a family function and this was ideal. All 5 of us had a comfortable place to sleep and had everything we needed. Juggling the one bathroom tricky but manageable. We will be back for sure, highly recommend.
