Loved the condo. So clean and organized. We had a wonderful stay- going to Acadia, Boothbay, Southport, and into Wiscasset. First trip to Maine and your home was the perfect place for us. Loved the view!

Beautiful view from deck. Great location and condo was nicely arranged. Handrail was rotten and needs replacement. It would be great if the handrail extended to the steps for the elderly with mobility issues. I would definitely stay there again.

This was a lovely condo. It was immaculate. I slept in the bed and my daughter on the couch. Both were super comfy. Thoroughly enjoyed the deck with the water view. So enjoyed sitting there watching and listening to the birds. The condo was in the cutest neighborhood. Close to downtown Wiscassette. I would definitely come back and recommend to my family and friends.

I spent a week here over Thanksgiving and had a great time. We were very surprised and thankful to see we were given a small Thanksgiving dinner gift upon arriving! The view was good and everything was clean. My only items for improvement was there was no blanket to use for the pullout couch/bed and only 1 pillow. There was 2 or 3 extra sets of sheets but no blanket! Lastly, when we left there was minimal cleaning supplies to clean with. I do not like leaving a mess so I would have liked some more basic cleaning sprays.

The balcony and view were a nice extra. The apartment was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. Groceries and multiple restaurants were close by and we enjoyed walking around in the neighborhood. The location is great for visiting Boothbay Harbor, Pemaquid Point, Bath, etc.

Location is convenient to many points of interest. Interior is okay. However, exterior needs attention. Listed as "new" but doesn't appear so.

Our family of 4 loved this rental! It had enough space for us and had all we needed in amenities. It’s in a great location on the other side of the causeway from Wiscassett so it was east to drive to Boothbay, Wiscassett, Bath, Damarscotta. Internet was fast, having a balcony to sit at night and look at the view of the water and fireflies was really nice. The bed was comfortable in the bedroom, the bathroom is large, AC was cool and worked fine, kitchen was useful to cook our own meals and had utensils, pots and pans, et Al. Trash is a very short walk from the unit, plenty of parking, we saw our neighbors but everyone was quiet so we didn’t hear anyone next or below us. We got in late our first night and took a while to talk to someone at customer support by phone, but she was very nice and empathetic. It was difficult to obtain local support quickly given the rural area so when the sofa bed was missing sheets and a comforter, it was not going to be possible at 10pm to get them until the next day when someone dropped them off in the afternoon. Recommend checking for bedding and towels as soon as you arrive, as stores close early. There is a laundry facility across town we used to do laundry across from the Grocery (Shaw’s). A walk across the causeway is quick to get coffee and pastries at Treats or eat at Sarah’s, Reds, or Spragues. There is also the sunken garden, the public library, post office, a historic jail, and historic houses to visit Friday - Sunday in the summer. Bath has more shops and a Reny’s for all your needs. Fort Edgecomb isn’t far and a great place to picnic. We did several forts and lighthouses that are not far. We definitely would recommend this unit and would stay here again.

Great location
I’ve were in Maine to visit a dear friend who is I’ll. The location was perfect right on the water. While there we were able to take in the beautiful sights nearby. We had everything we needed in the rental. I’m sure we’re going to return in the future. Look forward to staying with you again.
