Welcome to "The Yacht Club" in Gulf Shores, Alabama. Situated just west of the Lagoon Pass in Gulf Shores, the yacht club is located in the Lagoon Pass neighborhood. The house is perfect for two families and has an open floor plan on all three levels, and sleeps a total of twenty. Upon entering this inviting and charming four bedroom, three and a half bathroom house, you will feel right at home and ready your vacation. The main entrance to the home is on the ground floor, along with a media room that has a sleeper sofa, mini-refrigerator, and 50” Roku TV. Just up the stairs, on the second level, you walk into a comfortable living room with sleeper sofa with 70” Roku TV, fully stocked kitchen with bar seating, laundry room with full size washer and dryer, half bathroom, master bedroom with king bed that sleeps two 50" Roku TV, and master bathroom with jetted tub and walk in shower, master closet has twin bunks (meant to sleep 2 kids). You can access the balcony from the living room for a view of Little Lagoon, or you can enjoy the balcony directly off the master bedroom for a glimpse of the Gulf of Mexico. On the third level, you will find two additional bedrooms that share a Jack and Jill full bath. Both bedrooms have balcony access directly from the bedrooms that offer gorgeous views of Little Lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico. The second bedroom has two full beds that sleep a total of four, and the balcony view is of the Lagoon Pass neighborhood and the Gulf of Mexico. The third bedroom is a great hang-out with a 50” Roku TV with a full-over-full bunk that sleeps four, twin trundle that sleeps one and a queen bed that sleeps two. The balcony views from this bedroom is of Little Lagoon. Lastly, from the third floor, you have access to another private suite that includes a second master bedroom with a king bed and connected bathroom with a shower/tub combination, a kitchenette, and private living area with a sleeper sofa and a 50” Roku TV. This second master suite can be accessed from either the inside of the home or by using its own private entrance and exit from the third floor balcony.

3rd Floor: 2nd Bedroom two full beds (sleeps 4); 3rd Bedroom full over full bunk with twin trundle (sleeps 5) and a queen bed (sleeps 2); Private suite King Bed (sleeps 2) and sofa sleeper (sleeps 2).

What is provided during your stay: Linens are provided, as well as a starter set of amenities that will typically last for the first 24 hours of your stay. The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property.

What we recommend you bring: Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

Peace of Mind: This property is safe, sanitized, and ready for you! Rest assured guest's health and safety is our top priority. We use commercial grade sanitation products and change out quilts and shams in between each stay so you can enjoy your vacation without any worries. This property is monitored by 8 ring doorbell camera(s) with audio and video capabilities and it will be on during all reservations. The location of the ring doorbells are the following: front door, 2nd floor balcony door, three cameras in the carport, two cameras facing the pool, one camera facing the pool pump/AC, etc. The locations are posted in pictures online toward the end.

Wonderful time, great location! The only complaint was that it stated in amenities a grill. It didn’t work so we had to borrow the neighbors but made the most of it and enjoyed our group cookout!

Beautiful. Perfect home in a perfect spot for us, our married kids, and all the grands. 22 stayed. We brought pack and plays. This home is between the lagoon and the gulf, so we all were busy every day. Fishing in the lagoon or walking the gulf beach. Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets from the 4 balconies on this 3 story stunner. Kitchen needs a few smaller saucepans, and serving utensils, and a colander. I prepared a full Thanksgiving dinner while here! Great place. Wonderful time with our kids with plenty of room! My husband and i stayed in the media room on a blowup mattress, giving our kids the bedrooms. Thanks!

Kids were in the pool before we finished unpacking the beach was walking distance the house was just amazing with plenty of sleeping areas and we used the outside patio decks every day!! Kitchen had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation!

The house had plenty of space everything was neat and clean. The balcony views breath taking . The Host was responsive with resolving problems quickly. My son loved the living space on the first floor. Thank you Leanne and Holly would rent here again.

Lots and lots of space. Close to beach and lagoon. The ice maker did not work, and we had to turn a water line on to get the dishwasher to work. The windows could all use a good cleaning-we were so happy with the views, but had to clean some windows and doors first. There was nothing that would keep us from booking that exact home next time.
