Dining area with seating for 8. Large great room with cowhide leather sofas, custom built entertainment center with 75” big screen Smart T.V., with massive gas fireplace. Out door porch with your hot tub to relax and enjoy the manatee pass by. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs. The master bedroom has a private fireplace also has a sitting area overlooking the St. John’s River. The master bathroom has jetted tub in corner with relaxing views of the river. The Second King master suite is downstairs. Once you go upstairs to the loft overlooking downstairs you walk down the hall to the other two bedrooms.
