A mountain ski access oasis coupled with ideal walking downtown access, this 6 bedroom residence offers an open space floor plan perfect for entertaining, a diverse bedding dynamic ideal for multi-generational family groups or corporate retreats alike, and offers lodging for 16 discerning travelers looking for the best of historic Old Town Park City offerings.
The property offers multiple living spaces for relaxation and recreation, and a large gourmet kitchen space that is perfectly positioned for holiday entertaining and meals, après ski cocktails, and sporting event gatherings for casual snacks and fun. This house was even better than we could have imagined. I stayed with a large group of my girlfriends and we had the best time. There is plenty of space, the common area is great for big groups (large, expandable table, couches, etc.), tons of balconies to get fresh air, and just a 5 minute walk into town. For additional context, we came here in late July. The property managers were also amazing. The ice machine wasn't working when we arrived and they were immediately communicative, sent someone over to fix it, and also brought a bunch of bags of ice in the meantime. Would absolutely recommend this property. 10/10!!

The house was great and the host responded to all our questions very quickly! It was very conveniently located a 5 minute walk from main street and had amazing views as well as access to awesome mountain trails right next to the house! One warning, there are 3 long flights of stairs to get from the house down to Main street which really got the heart rate going!

The home is beautiful, clean, and a very short walk to ski in and ski out. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well appointed, And everything is nice and fresh. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not working when we arrived and it needed a new heater so it could not be fixed while we were there. But, the location of the hot tub is wonderful with a fantastic view. You can easily walk to dinner down a few flights of stairs. Walking back to the home after dinner on Main Street is definitely doable, but it’s probably 100 steps. This is broken up in different levels but good to know if you have anyone with mobility issues. I would definitely come back and stay here again. Definitely a five star rating.

This big house was a great size for our group - lots of privacy while still having great space to cook, hang out, play games and stare out the window at the beautiful mountains.
The house is only a 7 minute walk to Main Street but it is straight up a hill so if you plan on walking everywhere its something to consider. The way down is fast but the way up is up a few flights of steep stairs so its quite a workout.

Not only was the house spotless upon arrival, the house was large enough to accommodate our party comfortably without feeling on top of one another. The extra wing on the house was perfect for an expecting mother who needed some down time. We really appreciated the proximity to the stairs that bring you to Main Street, which we took every day for lunch or dinner. Awesome place and location!

This house is in an amazing location walking distance down to Main Street Park City. There are plentiful bedrooms and different areas for large groups to hang out in. The view is spectacular. Only thing is that the two bunk bed rooms do not have air conditioning units during the hot summer time but it is definitely management with keeping the windows open for airflow and fans that they have in the house.

Great spot for a large group (ours was 13). Place accommodated the group easily and was close to town. The garage door was a bit finicky, but a minor issue on the overall weekend. Overall, was a very good experience.

Amazing location, the steps that cut through the houses made main st an easy walk. The house was phenomenal, so much room for our group. The ski out to the town lift was awesome, but skiing back in was nearly impossible. I dont blame the homeowner, park city mountain does a horrendous job of marking the quittin' time run and many in our group got lost in the trees or missed the run altogether to get back to the house at the end of the day. Would be nice if PCM could mark the run better and include street names, that would be amazing. If you rent a car, make sure you dont get a ski rack on top, cars must fit in the garage as there is no street parking. We struggled to fit a suburban and an f150 into the garage. Loved our stay and would stay again.

I had my bachelorette party with 12 friends in Park City and we all stayed there. It was the perfect space! Lots of room (and bathrooms) for everyone, walking distance to downtown, and the dual appliances in the kitchen were incredibly helpful. Stay here!

We loved staying in this gorgeous home! It was incredibly spacious with full kitchens on both the main and second floors, great for groups and multiple families. The third floor bunk room was great for the kids! The best part was the proximity to the mountain and ski slopes. You only walk past 4 houses and you're at the mountain and a shot ski to the lifts. Couldn't have been easier! It is also close enough to Main Street to walk to all the shops and restaurants. We will definitely choose to stay here again!

I've been taking trips here for years with a large group of friends. We always find somewhere new to stay and this was by far the best of the pack. Super spacious and comfortable for a large group. Right by the mountain to start and end your ski day easily. And it's close to Main St so we could stumble home after a night at No Name!

The third floor bunk room was great for the kids! The best part was the proximity to the mountain and ski slopes. You only walk past 4 houses and you're at the mountain and a shot ski to the lifts. Couldn't have been easier! It is also close enough to Main Street to walk to all the shops and restaurants. We will definitely choose to stay here again!

But there aren’t many other homes in same area that wouldn’t be same. 5-10 drive to PC lifts. Home has all amenities everywhere you need & then some. Was clean & up to date. I would suggest to future renters to wash sheets prior to sleeping. I’m sure the cleaning service uses ammonia based detergents & there was a distinctive smell in the linens. 2 sets of washer & dryers so not a big deal.
Side note: you may need a electrical engineer degree to figure out how to turn lights on & off..
