The very comfortable condo could not have been closer to the slopes! It was much roomier than I expected based on the pictures. Very clean! Private hot tub was an added bonus. Owner was extremely responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

This house was great for our 2 families of 5 (total of 4 adults, 3 teens and 3 kids 6-12). Beautifully decorated, well stocked kitchen, great location close to Park City Mountain Resort and the Canyons bases. The 6 cousins all slept in the bunk room and had a great time. There were a few fairly minor things that could be improved. Two of the bedrooms had no drawers; the only storage was in the closet. We didn’t have a garage door remote because the previous guest took it with them. (We did receive a quick reply from the property manager explaining why there was no remote. ) The master bath didn’t have any place to hang towels (there was one loop next to one sink for a hand towel, but no where to hang bath towel (or even a hand towel next to the other sink.). The positives definitely outweighed the negatives - the ski racks in the garage looks small, but easily held 11 pairs of skis and poles with room to spare. The storage area right off the garage entrance was a great place to hang 5 or 6 coats and sit and remove shoes. There were plenty of towels, even more than enough when we used the hot tub and showered! The internet was reliable which was much appreciated, as a couple of us had camp applications to finish and work that needed to be done. Since all 6 kids slept in the bunk room, we had an extra bedroom. That room had a desk that ended up being a great quiet place away from the crew to “work from home.” The laundry room had a drying rack which came in super handy for drying our wool ski sock and base layers that we don’t like to shrink in the dryer. I would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved this home! It was perfect for 4 adult couples. Close to skiing and downtown and only 40 minutes from airport. The hot tub was perfect and relaxing. We will absolutely look into coming back next year.

We rented this beautiful property with friends. There were 4 adults and 4 teenage boys (13yrs to 17yrs) and had plenty of room to spread out. Hot Tub was the best after a long day of skiing or snowmobiling (always hot and clean). The Area had a beautiful view and easy access to everything in Park City without paying the Park City rates. Would definitely stay here again!!!

The bunk beds were all full sized mattresses too, so everyone staying at the property had plenty of space. Like the other review said, there were a few kinks since it’s a new listing (lock on the AC—it was way too hot and we were here at the beginning of February, a couple of cleanliness issues upon check-in that were immediately fixed, no garage door opener), but we would definitely recommend for a group getaway! It was an easy drive to the slopes and downtown Park City as well. And those VIEWS! Never got old. Can’t go wrong with this listing!
