This was a great location, close to everything!
Although, the house was not as clean as we were expecting. There were cigarettes in the back yard and we had young kids staying. Also, the refrigerator went out so we did not have a place to keep food cold.

We enjoyed having the space to stretch out and have a relaxing family time for my mother’s 80th birthday.

HOT is how our stay was. Listing said AC, no AC but a swomp cooler- not the same thing. 100 degrees in GJ and 80-85 in the house. Property manager stopped by and offered portable fans. Nancy apologized for the error. The house next door is very run down, very tall grass and the gentleman sat in his diesel truck with it running for 4 hours the first night. The HOT house was then full of diesel smell. Very disappointed. The owner gave a credit of 200 of the 1000 paid- quite miserable stay. House needs a good cleaning and maintenance out back. Rotting wood and peeling paint.

Our family stayed here for an extended family gathering. Perfect for us! Beds for all! No one had to be on a pullout couch.
Clean. Tastefully renovated home.

We were all there to celebfrate our Mom, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and Great Great Grandmother. It was so nice having a downstairs sitting area as well as the living room upstairs. The back yard is great for barbecues. Centrally located.

My family and I came out for a family members wedding and got to stay here for two days.
Nancy is a fantastic host and very helpful, even giving some recommendations once knowing there would be a baby with us.
The stay was completely accurate to the listing.
We had a fabulous time.
The only comment is that there didn’t seem to be AC everywhere in the home, but fans were in each room which was very helpful!

One of the most comfortable places I've rented on VRBO. Wonderfully updated home with cozy living areas on the main floor as well as the lower floor so people can spread out. Well stocked, great location, and plenty of parking. Soooo much better than staying in a hotel.

The temperatures during the week of our family's stay were in the mid to upper 90s. The home lacked AC, but had a swamp cooler which unfortunately could not keep the house comfortable. Our family borrowed a protable AC unit and purchased additional fans to help keep the bedrooms reasonably cool. But the property was very nice and as advertised.

Spacious home and well equipped
Group of 8 guys in town for a weekend of mountain biking and golf. The house was big enough for us to spread out. There beds are comfy and the kitchen is well equipped. The backyard was a nice area to hang out in the evening and relax. Very happy with out stay.

Excellent home for every occasion!
My friends and I definitely enjoyed our stay! First impression were the attention to detail and cleanliness of the property inside and out! Renters are nearby and respond quickly to any questions or problems you may have. Very spacious inside and out as well. Definitely will be looking to rent this property again when visiting Grand Junction next time. Renters also communicate very well, gave us a reminder as the date approach and remembered to get back to us about early check in availability. Also did a check out reminder to ensure we had everything we brought with us. Great property and great people, absolutely loved it!

Great place-quiet and relaxing
My quilting friends were here for a second time and had a blast—again! Nice and clean, well supplied kitchen, easy access, good parking. We had a plumbing issue one morning that was addressed right away and I’m sure will be completely resolved quickly. Definitely a place we’ll return to again. Nancy and her daughter were great to work with. A 2 thumbs up for sure!!

Quilting retreat
The home was perfect for our group of 8 quilters. Nancy was so accommodating as we needed to move furniture (carefully of course) to make room for sewing tables and projects. The kitchen was very well equipped and it worked great for us. Was nice to have easy access to all the in town amenities in Grand Junction. We’ll be back soon and plan to stay with Nancy again!!
