My family and I enjoyed our stay. This house was a great hit and it held the entire family. My family from Tennessee came to eat with us on the Fourth of July and this house set us comfortable we all enjoyed.

The home was really nice. My grandkids loved the Disney room. The home has pretty much everything you need to enjoy your stay. The beds were comfortable. The host answered all my questions in a timely manner. I did have to child proof the home to keep things from accidentally breaking. Overall it was was wonderful and I will stay there in the future.

This house is very nice. The pictures are accurate. It is a perfect location and close to many different things. The neighborhood itself is great! There is a clubhouse that has all the amenities of a tropical resort. My kids loved the water slides and lazy river. Toan(the host) is very attentive. He checked on us throughout our stay and even gave suggestions of places to go and things to do in the area. It was also a great addition to have a movie theater in the home. We had a movie night one night and didn’t even have to leave the comforts of the home. The pool and the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse were a hit with our kids. We had 7 children ranging from 1-18. EVERYONE even the adults thoroughly enjoyed our vacation, because of this perfect house! I highly recommend and would definitely book again!

This home is meticulously maintained w a modern touch. Clean and beautiful with so much to do. The theater room was so cool !!!! The Mickey Mouse room was voted the best by my girls, age ranging from 8-15 yo . There is something for everyone to do.
You will not be disappointed!

We had the best time ever staying in this house! We were busy at theme parks most days but were so glad to have a big house with a pool to come home and unwind in! Seriously the best, and the host is very responsive and takes care of everything. Loved every minute of staying here!

This house was five stars for everything! Clean, neat, convenient, great for a large family and kids ages 2,4,6,7, 9 and even perfect for adults! The pool was nice, so convenient for so many locations, the resort amenities are awesome. Just overall a great experience. Anything you need the owner was right there to help and respond. Even gave fantastic recommendations for local activities!! Highly recommend!

The house is very clean and comfortable. We did not have one complaint. The owner was attentive and timely with information. We have a large extended family of 14. Eight adults and seven granddaughters had a wonderful stay. They were all very happy! Everyone had plenty of towels and bathrooms were very clean. The kitchen had all the small appliances we needed and plenty of dishes . We loved the large dining room table! The house is loaded with well working electronics . I would not hesitate to return.

Our Disney vacation was simply made easy by staying at this clean & lovely house!
The photos does not do it justice. The grandjoys enjoyed the kids room…perfect to expel that last little bit of energy on the slide until we had to pull them off to go to bed!
The host thought of the littlest of things: high chair, crib, pop up strollers, a swing for our littlest baby, and even a toddler gate for the stairs. There was even pool toys for them to play with.
We absolutely enjoyed our stay and can’t wait until we can visit again!

We plan a family get together every year around Thanksgiving. We rent a big home so we can all be together and enjoy the time with one another. This house has everything for everyone. The kids played pool and video games along with watching movies in the movie room. Whenever we had any problem the project manager was right there to help. We will definitely be staying here again. Also, doesn’t hurt being .4 miles from target. Made going to the store really convenient. I rate this house a 10 because I can’t go higher

The property is definitely great to keep family entertained. The slide on the pool is an awesome bonus. The theater room was also a great asset. I understand fully it is a vacation rental, but it is showing it's wear, especially the mattresses, rugs . It was somewhat stressful to have to take pictures/videos of everything in the home ( table legs, curtains,pillows, wall art,etc.)it was very time consuming , in a home that large meant for vacation, that should have been done before our arrival and we should have just had a checklist to use. The owner is very helpful and accommodating, but again due to the lengthy request of pictures/videos expected on check in
I felt the need to mention every single issue so we would not be charged. With children as part of a group the home could definitely benefit from not having so many vases and breakables around. I understand it is advertised as a luxury home, but with use and age the grand appearance quickly fades as you begin to use the home. It is a vacation home. There is a nice dining table but it had wine glass and glass dishes( 0f uneven amounts) , but it was a task to remove it so we could eat together and put it all back. The grill is very rust and was not cleaned out. A large group can easily stay and all have room, just have to share bathrooms. I would stay again, but am hesitant with the children. Removing so many unneeded decorations and glass dishes would definitely help.

This lovely home was so clean, well organized, and very spacious for our 20+ person group. The homeowner was very responsive and made sure our stay was perfect. I would definitely recommend to others and I would stay there again!

Mattress in ground floor master is too soft, making it uncomfortable
- not nearly enough towels
- bath and kitchen towels are not sufficient. We had to wait for towels to be washed and dried each time - allow at least 1.5 towels person and at least 2 sets of kitchen towels. Also, no face towels were provided so we had to purchase some for our use.
- community gates left open at all times negating the value of a ‘gated community’ for security purposes.
- despite the contract indicating a noise free zone after 11pm, one set of neighbors played loud music with obscene language until 1am - 2am each night during their stay with obviously no ‘security team’ to shut them down.
Although the house itself was nice, I’m not sure I would choose it again.

My family and I enjoyed staying at this beautiful home. The Mickey Mouse bedroom, game room and theater room was a big hit for the kids and young adults. Loved the swimming pool with the slide. Great customer service from Mr. Toan Hang.

This home is perfect, it accommodated our large family of 28, the resort amenities were awesome, and the location is great, and close to all the hot spots in Orlando. The homeowner was excellent and great at communicating. We lost power one day for about a minute it wiped out one of the TV's support systems, and they had someone at our house within hours to reboot the system and keep our kiddos happy in the theater room. Highly recommend this home and will return if we ever find ourselves in the area again.

This beautiful home was a great choice for our family! The location to Disney was perfect. It was a quick and easy drive to all the parks. We loved so much about this home. On our rest days we all spent so much time in the pool. The grandkids loved the pool slide. The theater room was excellent. Their was also a community pool area with a lazy river and slides that we enjoyed on our rest days. The home is located so close to so many restaurants and Target. That was so convenient for groceries and everything else. The homeowner was a joy to work with and we would love to stay here again!

We had a really large group stay at this house and loved it!!! It is very accommodating for a large number of people. Everyone was super comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I will plan to stay here again if we have some a large number of people again.

This was perfect for our large group Sports team to be able to play the games we needed to play in a Central Location. The house itself is very well-managed, great space, plenty of beds and even had baby gear (crib, high chair, etc). We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

The host, Toan was amazing! Anytime we had any questions, he responded immediately. The house is exactly as described. If you have a big group (there were 23 of us) I would HIGHLY recommend this place!

Toan was the best property owner that we have rented from to date. Always answered all our questions, was patient when I couldn’t answer his questions until I check with 4 families! The house was over the top, it was a kids/adults dream house. Not once did I hear “I’m bored, there’s nothing to do”. I don’t know how we’ll get another home that compares. This home is truly magical. It had everything we needed and even a lot we didn’t need. The large table was fantastic where we could gather each night and share our favorite experience of the day, the pool was a favorite for everyone. We spent at least 5-6 hours a day in the pool. Even during the hurricane. We were stuck as hurricane Nicole touched down and the airport closed and all flights were cancelled. Toan was so easy to work with to extend our stay. Thank you Toan for sharing your home with us. Now we have to convince the kids that there are other great places in the world to visit other than Disney. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

This property was perfect for our trip. We were four families traveling together with six young boys and two teenage girls. The boys loved the Mickey Mouse room and the house offered enough room for the teen girls to have their own space. Each room had its own theme, comfortable beds and plenty of towel sets. This is the perfect property and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the area. The property was clean, comfortable and the owner was amazing...always just a text away. If you are looking for a property for you upcoming family/friends trip, look no further. This is it!

The house was very nice. Well equipped. It was modern in decor. Theme rooms. Nice and roomy. Could use a little maintenance. Pool and hot tub was pretty nice too. Having to pay for the hot tub to be heated, I thought was a bit much. Most rentals, heat was included. Some beds were not too comfortable. No box springs. For some members too soft. Could use some new towels and a grill. Main problem was too many requirements for checking in and out. Scanners for opening gates were a little hard to use. But overall, our family stay was very good. We had a lot of fun. It was very comfortable and Toan was very responsive and easy to reach. That was helpful. Would stay again.

Reunion/Staycation Success!
Our mini reunion was a success. We were able to comfortably enjoy ourselves (all 24 of us) while remaining entertained in the aesthetically pleasing accommodations. All themed rooms and common areas appeared just as photographed. Toan's turnaround responses to our questions or concerns were always courteous and prompt. He provided lovely accommodations and we hope that everyone who rents this property continues to care for it so it can be just as beautiful if we ever get a chance to return.

Amazing house and host
Just stayed there for our annual family trip. The house was clean, organized, and everything worked. The owner was so easy to get in contact with. He replied to all my questions and was so nice. The house looked exactly like the pictures and you can tell the owner really takes care of the house. Will definitely be booking this house again.

The rooms are perfection and everyone enjoyed the pool on site not to mention the resort amenities are INCREDIBLE and the location is perfection if visiting Disney. It’s amazingly convenient and there’s even a target less than a minute down the street. You won’t regret booking this home and the homeowner was the easiest to work with. The only recommendation I’d have if traveling with a lot of people is to grab some ice because we had a lot of people and the ice machine couldn’t keep up but that is so minor and was never a big deal. Just more of a tip for the lucky ones who rent the home.
